Chang Chen is a Taiwanese actor, born in Taipei on October 14th, 1976. He is the son of actor Zhang Guozhu and brother to the actor Zhang Han. Chang Chen's film acting career began at a very young age, and he was selected to appear in the 1991 film "A Brighter Summer Day," alongside his father, who played the father to his character. Since his debut in 1991, Chang Chen has appeared in a number of films. He played "Dark Cloud" in "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon." Other film appearances include the following: "Mahjong," "Happy Together," "Flyin' Dance," "Six Days," "Three Times," "Red Cliff," and "Missing." Chang Chen has appeared in a number of films that have been nominated for awards, and he himself has been nominated for the "Best Actor" award at the 2005 and 2006 Golden Horse Awards. Chang Chen is also a spokesperson, most notably for Lacoste, and for Yamaha motor scooters. He has also recorded an album and mini-album.
