How long: 20 episodes (KBS mini-series) Starring Bae Yong Joon, Choi Ji Woo, Park Yong Ha, and Park Sol Mi "Winter Sonata" is the second installment of "Endless Love". One of the first Korean serials that I watched. Of course this was also the serial that got me interested in Bae Yong Joon. Having watched a few more Korean love stories after "Winter Sonata", I'm beginning to wonder if Koreans are extreme people (sorry, this is not meant to demean the Koreans). From the serials that I've watched so far, they're either very very good or really really bad. Very sadistic and cruel....

I'm not going to start explaining the story in great detail , seeing as how it is quite long. Simply, your average love story where a guy and a girl fall in love and go through obstacles to show their love for each other. Of course, there is one turn the serial takes. The main male character gets into a car accident and ends up having ammesia. Winter Sonata is a great serial which...

AKA Winter Love Song This review comes late with respect to its first broadcast in Korea, but it coincides with its broadcast in Japan, where it is being received quite well. The continuing and widespread popularity of "Winter Love Song" reaffirms my initial impression that this drama, while consisting of the usual cliches, is a particularly good one. Joongsang is a bitter young man who has a single mother with a clouded past. His mother...

yujin & joonsang are really destined to each other after all the conflicts they had to surpassed, but the series took long (20 episodes) just to collaborate a simple plot that it can only take in lesser episodes and the finale are too simple after all they've gone thru...
