Liu Tao is a Chinese actress born in Nanchang, Jiangxi, on July 12, 1978, which makes her a Cancer. She started her career in the People's Liberation Army entertainment division, but she became a professional actress through TV Commercials. She has been in over 15 films. Of these, "The Last Concubine", "Huan Zhu Ge Ge, "Dali Princess", "Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils", and "Foreign Wives, Local Guys" are her most famous. She married a man who is not a celebrity on January 6, 2008, and she announced her decision to forsake her career as an actress in order to dedicate herself to her role as a wife.
