Released in 2002, the same year as Modern Cinderella, this movie is situated in the Asian islands of Hoi Nam. Edmond Leung acts as a musician named Summer, who went to a resort hotel for a break and inspiration with two of his close friends. On the first day however, he meets Nnadia's character, a mad girl named Mini, who by mistake thought that Summer was her dead fiance, Sam. (Cameo made by Wayne Lai.)

Bemused and attracted to Mini, Summer slowly starts to uncover the reasons why Mini had gone mad. Apparently on the day of her wedding with Sam, he had turned up dead. She was said to have been the one that had found Sam's body. In her shock, she went mad and by the time the movie events start, Mini mistakes every guy to be Sam.

There is a great mystery dealing with the death of the Sam and the situation why Mini went mad, so Summer resolves to solve what had happened. However, as he unravels the mystery, strings of murders started to occur around the hotel, leading to a very strange ending. Because it is safe to say the ending is somewhat much unexpected.

I found myself not liking this movie one bit. Mainly because I'm use to seeing Nnadia in a more conscious state of mind, yet even if I had a dislike for Nnadia's character, her acting in this movie was top-notch and superb. It's very unsettling to watch her act in a mad role, let alone what her ending would finally be, but her acting was very realistic. Her acting did improve as I stated in my other reviews because there's no way that without years of experience to even spark off enough skill and talent to pull Mini's role off.

With the results being sad and somewhat not what audience would hope for this was one of the strangest movies I've seen. Because if this movie didn't have Nnadia in it, I wouldn't have even rented it, nor taken the time to review it. Other then the skilled acting ability of Nnadia, this is not a good movie to watch. Some of the scenes in the movie were a bit gruesome and there was physical violence involved. Yet the whole entire movie did have an underlying and very abstract meaning of how a sour relationship could do to someone.
