This movie was released in 2002. Although Nnadia has a role in this movie, her role is minor compared to Dave Wang's. He plays a man named Chiu that sets out to gamble and wins a million dollars and the name of God of Gamblers.

Chiu in this movie meets up with a man abstractly known as the Demon who promises him victory and superpowers if he would act upon set conditions that must be fulfilled. Consumed with the desire for making his dream come true, Chiu agreed.

However in his quest for victory, he fails to realize the pain and consequences this would bring to his family. His home life deteriorates and eventually fame disappears. It is with the love of his wife (acted by Nnadia) and belief in God that eventually turns Chiu into a humble and redeemed man.

There isn't much to say for the content of this movie, except that this is a Christian-oriented film that showcases a popular belief that belief in God offers salvation. The basis of this movie is said to be from the true experiences of a living person.

The religious overtones may be a tad uncomfortable for some viewers, but otherwise, the acting is enjoyable. Nnadia plays a little-seen role as a devoted mother and wife, and there are moments where she reminds us of the same determination evident in her role in To Love with Love.

Scenery and graphic-wise, the movie is filmed in Hong Kong and this is a gambler movie that doesn't have any noticeable theme songs, despite the singing talents of both Nnadia and Dave Wang.

When I first picked up the cover, I wasn't very interested in the movie, because Dave Wang, other then being a really talented singer, is not someone cute to look at. However when I saw Nnadia in it, I rented the film, hence my reviews. I know that Nnadia is a devoted Christian, but I wasn't very sure if Dave Wang is a Christian. As I said, if one wouldn't mind the themes involved in this movie, I'm sure this movie will be worth watching. It shows the strength and determination of a man walking away from the temptations of evil.
