What a horrible ending on the rooftop,to have the least mobile guy jump in front of the gun shot. Man that is so lame and lazy.
The saving grace is, to me, not the main cast, but rather the supporting cast. BT is funny, long leg is sexy, Eric who plays the driver guy is cool, and the group dynamics is there.
The first 10 episode or there of are tightly scripted, well thought out. But the ending has a quick wrap feel to it. I wish the writers, producers, and TVB would put more guts and effort to these.
Granted Damian is good, Joe Ma is good. Not sure what signifigance Fala's character plays. Idy is so so.
Althought it is a short series so it didn't drag too long. Unlike the 80 epside Gems of Life or the 40s of Moonlite or it's predecessor. It is just arguement over argument, pitch vs. pitch, over and over and over again. That gets old, fast!
The best scripted cop based show ending, so far that I've seen is from Ultimate Crime Fighter one - with full character arch. Even the recent Last one standing has more guts in term of fewer cast, more depending on acting. And liike 2004 series Split Second, the tons of outdoor shots, night shots, cool characters, regards the big picture, impact and feel of the show.(Even though there was some sacrific for details - but I'll take that)

Watchable cop versus crook drama with plenty of suspense early on. Idy Chan improved as the drama went on.

Great review by Pink Ink!

Totally agree that Damian Lau and his team made the series AMAZING to watch. After I finished watching it, I wanted to go back and watch it all over again and I never feel like that!!

Idy Chan also does a pretty good job--would love to watch her in another series!!
