Summary
Damian Lau portrayed Raymond Lam's competitive, ruthless Second Uncle in this drama. Damian heads their family corporation, ousted Raymond's dad from the corporation and inherently caused his death.

The drama started off with Damian constantly at odds with Raymond and his mother; because Damian would resort to all means to snatch away the only factory which Raymond's dad left to them in order to close a lucrative deal for the corporation.

The plot starts to intrigue when we find out along the way that Damian used to date Raymond's mother (i.e. his sister-in-law) and how Damian started to change when it was revealed that Raymond was his son.

Bosco, who was Raymond's best friend, also started to change because he was frustrated of being looked down on due to his lowly background. He turned ruthless to grasp power, marry Toby (Damian's daughter) to make his way up to the top.

On the love end, Raymond was ditched by his fiancee early in the drama. Along the way, he was slowly moved by Zhao Ziqi (his colleague) who was always there for him and their relationship was developed quite well.

I really enjoyed this drama and I reccomend watching this for the excellent acting skills by the leads, the chemistry between them and the scenes are intriguing enough for me to want to keep watching to find out what happens next.

My favourite Scenes
- All the scenes between Damian & Raymond i.e. the rare sweet moment of Damian and Raymond cooking in the kitchen, when Raymond finally called him 'Dad', whenever Damian looks at Raymond with such love in his eyes but was not able to acknowledge his own son....

- The last scene between Bosco and his dad...

- When Damian and Bosco's dad got together for drinks and poured their woes to each other regarding their sons...

- The stunned look on Raymond's face when Zhao Ziqi said "Let's break up"

- The sweet & cheeky scene when Raymond and Ziqi finally got together after he ran after her when she stomped off for the umpteen time. (he started mumbling to himself - its always my fault, she is never in the wrong; she will run off then faint in the middle of the street again...)
