This series was fantastic. I had an issue with the conclusion however. Tad disappointing but still a great watch.

i LOVED square pegs- one of my favorite TVB series. Roger, who played as Ah Wong, was ever so innocent and sweet in a very convincingly childish way. The twist of how Ah Wong and Choi Fong fell in love at the end was spectacular. However, the ending of the story did not add any "oomph" to the story or had any impact on the viewer. The three participants of the love triangle, Choi Fong, Ah Wong, and Winnie, miraculously meet together again in the same place after separating on their own paths- then proceeding to hold hands like they were playing "ring around the rosie". that ending only proved to the viewer that the writer did not bother to create an ending that would really leave a mark but instead, hastily ended the story only because the rest of the plot was captivating enough

I never liked Roger earlier but after watching Square Pegs, I really like him as well as Jessica. I wish there was a happier ending with Roger and Jessica getting back together. Roger was too confused to choose between the two girls after he regained his memory and so he decided that it is best to leave both of them and go away to Hong Kong. There was no question of choosing because Roger had married Jessica and so it was very obvious that Roger should be with Jessica at the end. The series was really entertaining but the end was just too stupid !
