The Heavenly Sword and Dragon Saber

I have to say that this is the best HSDS I have seen, probably because I really love drama. I have watched this more than 8 times, seriously. I'm not lying! I love the chemistry between Lawrence and Gigi. Their scenes are so sweet and touching. I just gotta keep rewatching those parts. You'll know what I mean once you watch it.
Gigi's extremely pretty in here. I love her outfits and her hairstyles. Her stubborn & smart personality fits her so well. She fits the role as Zhao Min PERFECTLY. I love her connection with Lawrence/Zhang Wuji in this series.

As for Lawrence, some people say that he is old for this role. I think that the hair and his personality in this series cover his age. He may seem expressionless in some parts, but I think that's what makes him fits the role. He may even be cute when Zhao Min teases him and leaves him speechless.

Charmaine is meant for this. I really pity her, but framing Zhao Min just makes me angry at her at some times. When she was evil, I wasn't a really big fan of her dark lipstick. If they tried to make her look evil, they should change her hairstyle at the end (Like Sharon Tang (sp?) for example).

The fighting and martial arts was kind of embarrassing. It wasn't that great, because TVB used many effects instead of just "fighting". They added color and smoke. A little was okay, but later it was overdone.

Overall, I really love this. If you love drama, you should totally watch this. It's GREAT! I'm totally addicted to it and can't stop watching it. There's more characters that I didn't meantion, but I don't exactly know their real names.

I also love the fact that they added more chemistry between Zhang Wuji and Zhao Min compared to the 1986 (with Tony Leung and Kitty Lai). The scene where Gigi bites Lawrence's lips is really cute. One flaw is that they make the fact that Zhang Wuji will get with Zhao Min in the end too obvious, but besides that I give this series a 10 star! Oops, I meant 5.
