I agree with Kristin's "melodramatic but never boring". Needless to say, Christine Ng is a natural in most of her acting, as I can see. No surprise in this drama as well. You don't want to miss watching her playing the evil beauty in this one. I like all the casts too, except felt that Lawrence Ng cannot express the facial emotion of his character very well many times (stiff and quite a blockhead). Still, somehow, he can convince the audience as the "sorry ex-lover of CXX" and the westernized yet non-weakling 2nd brother.

I'm still halfway through (where evil takes first toll and more to come, I expect)watching it, and keen to know what will happen next. If you're a supporter of veteran/senior actors/actresses, just like me, you don't want to miss this one.

Another one of those dramas - man with wife and concubines with a twist! It is melodramatic but never boring.
