Synopsis:
Chinese name: Yuen Yeah. Starring Ray Lui Leung Wai, Roger Kwok Chun On and Chen Hong. This story takes place in the early 1900's, right after the Qing Dynasty ended. Fu (Ray Lui) and Sing (Roger Kwok) are godbrothers. They grew up on a field together with their rich parents and a close friend, Kam Chi (Chen Hong). Bloody wars start when Sing's father killed Fu's father. Fu was sent into prison for some reason and his sweetheart Kam Chi was left to marry Sing. Sing's mother is very cruel towards Kam Chi because she knows that Kam Chi hates Sing. Sing's father dies and the family business is left to Sing's mother. Fu suffers in the prison but he develop friendships with some of the people in the prison. He tries to escape and succeeds. He reveals that Sing's father is the person who killed his family. Kam Chi and Fu develop a plan to kill Sing's mother. However, in the end, Sing and Fu dies. - synopsis by Tammy
