I liked this ending a bit more..cause the alternate ending is that Tu Xuehua dies taking a hit from her astranged father Gu Jianhun (Huo Yun Xie Shen/The Evil Deity of Fire and Cloud) to protect Du Fei (actually I think it's Duen Fei but eh...well she dies and that's plain sad cause even in the end Du Fei won't have a happy ending.
The ending that I would have prefered was that Du Fei and Tu Xuehua have lots of kids and everyone is happy at last when they go visit Jianhun's mini wooden tombstone, that would have been a great ending for me ^-^

This series is worth watching, it could have been better if the character clothes were better looking.=]
