A couple of my friends came back from Vietnam and they were telling me about the food and eating on the streets at night time. Makes me want to go back to Vietnam too, but the closest thing to Vietnam for is OC. Anybody know any good "Nhau" place in OC?

Southern Californian folks usually refer to Orange County as OC. I'm not positive that that's what the original poster had in mind.
Vietnamese food is one of the healthiest cuisine in the world.They used fresh ingredients, minimal use of oil and reliance on herbs and vegetables.
Unfortunately, they are not. There are some healthy items if you cook them at home the healthy way. If you eat at the restaurants, most of them are very bad.Quote:
