Julian Cheung's always been my favorite favorite. Others I also especially like are Sunny Chan, Damian Lau, Lau Dan and Sammul Chan.

Mine (in no particular order):
1) Lau Ching Wan - acting, love him in Greed of Man and Grand Canal
2) Louis Koo - looks :D and I adore seeing him and Jessica Hester Hsuan together
3) Bobby - acting. Love Lau Ching Wan and him for their ability to act in comedies and serious shows.
Would have put Moses but I am getting bored seeing him these days. Really like Wong Hei, Derek Kwok, Kevin Cheng and Felix Wong but they aren't my fav.
1. Raymond Lam. I fell in love with him through the Charmaine pairings.
2. Roger Kwok. His cop roles are the best.
3. Steven Ma. Loved him in Perish in the Name., and further adored him in Safe Guards, despite the crappy pairing with Elaine Yiu.
4. Michael Miu. He was incredibly awesome in Dicey Business.
5. Bobby Au-Yeung. Bobby always picks the "right" series since they've gotten amazing ratings and has awesome storylines.
