Maybe i can't watch it at all, because toudo will say "this video could'nt be stream in your region". I hate it. does anyone have the same problem with those chinese web sites?

HAHAHA... She was the "aggressor" in this bathtub tuggle. At this point in the story, ShaoQian already freed TongXue from their illicit relationship and she moved out of his house. But then TongXue's best friend's father business fell into a financial crisis and TongXue couldn't just freely standby to watch her bestfriend suffer. Hoping that ShaoQian could lend some financial help, she tried her best to get back on his "good side" but no matter what she did, he totally gave her the cold shoulder. Out of desperation, she embarked on a plan to "seduce" him by catering to his "taste" (e.g. wearing his collar shirt).

I have the same problem too with a lot of major Chinese streaming sites now. I guess they're banning all regions outside China. But there are usually other streaming websites where you can watch the drama or I would just download it. I'll try provide some links once the drama is released.

Compared to ShaoQian, XiaoShan is a savior, too good for my liking. Maybe I'm just biased cuz ShaoQian has always been my favorite character. :laugh2:

Yes, it's going to broadcast next Friday, Oct 21st, 2 episodes per day.

Exactly! No need to feel guilty...well guilty pleasures are also good. I just love the strong and silent but with great bedroom abilities type:D. Guys like XiaoShan are so boring...
However, I wouldn't want someone like ShaoQian in real life either (I wouldn't mind the bedroom abilities though). I think he'd drive me crazy. XiaoShan types are boring but more safe.

I don't understand why chinese actors have their voice dubbed...I can understand if they don't speak the language but if they do...

Well, the author once revealed in an interview that ShaoQian is quite innocent in the area of love. TongXue is actually his first love. I know, hard to to believe a 30 year old successful guy having a clean slate. The author explains that ShaoQian grew up under the strict parenting of his no-nonsense father and so many things have happened to his family that he had no time to think about dating/women. :laugh2:

Now that I think about all the guys who have shown some interest or are in love with TongXue, I feel like ShaoQian is probably the guy who loves her most, but unfortunately, also the guy who brought her the most pain. I don't doubt XiaoShan's love for TongXue, but I feel his love is not very "wholehearted." He has too many things to think about.

Promo #7 is out. This one is about the business rivalry between ShaoQian and his father-in-law (Mu ChangHe). I'm actually excited to see how their battle of wits plays out! The novel didn't touch on this topic, but the scriptwriter definitely added a lot of new stuff. She's from HK, so I'm sure she has some background in business dealings.

Edit: Is it just me or does anyone else find the acting by Ying'er who plays TongXue lacking? Compared to Hawick Lau and Wen ZhengRong, who is absolutely brillant in her acting, Ying'er fails to shine at all based on all the trailers/clips I've seen. Not only that, she actually looks quite awkward in certain angles. I'm praying her acting will be good in the actual drama. It would be absolutely devastating if I end up hating TongXue. :bawling:

I think that from the trailers so far, compare to the other cast, especially Hawick and Wen ZhengRong, Ying'er does pale in comparison. It might because her character is not that interesting. And from angles, she looks quite cute and pretty but from some angles, she does look quite different. But I'm still hoping for a good performance and am trying to reserve my judgment until I see at least 3 episodes.

I'm currently watching a YouKu interview with the Hawick, Ying'er, director, and the original author. Ying'er looks pretty good in real life, at least in this interview. She looks slender and sweet, quite fitting for the role of TongXue in physique. But why does she look so bad in some clips?! Must be the cameraman's fault. :eek:

Welcome aboard! If you read through my previous posts, you can probably tell I'm big fan of Mo ShaoQian too! I love conflicting characters! ShaoQian has a streak of devilish charm and innocence. I really hope they don't water down his wickedness to make him more into a typical male lead. It's the classy touch of evil that makes ShaoQian interesting to watch.

tong xue looks like the chubbier version of kim tae hee. my goodness the trailer videos look so hot and heavy. hawick looks ready to rumble any time now. at the end of the series he turned himself into the cops ? why ? and they had a kid together ?

Anyone have the English version of the book? I tried searching on the net but it's all in Mandarin character :( Can't wait for the drama to broadcast so with the English version, I could at least get the sweet taste of it. Any idea if the drama would be available online on Sat? Can't wait to watch it, especially on Hawick :)
