Zhou Xun (She has perfect features, but at the same time, she's interesting to look at. And she has a very lovely smile.)
Liu Yi Fei (She has some anti-fans here, but you have to admit that she's beautiful.)
Liu Tao (Her beauty is more of the calm, natural type.)
Gao Yuan Yuan (Again, she looks very natural and I would describe her as very Chinese-looking.)

I would still put Liu Yifei on my list although I'm lukewarm towards her. If she didn't sing or have her mom boss her around, I would like her better.

My list are:
1. Zhang Ziyi (Yang Guifei - has that b*tchy look)
2. Shui Ling (Diao Chan - she can look like the type who can play the political game)
3. Liu Yi Fei (Xi Shi - the vase, which is what LYF always acts as)
4. Liu Shi Shi (Wang Zhaojun - has the tragic heroine look)

I just completed Red Cliff II and I'm not convinced that Lin Chiling has the beauty to change the course of a war. Vicky Zhao's features look big and coarse in Red Cliff.

Yeah, I don't think Red Cliff has the best-looking choice in actresses. Lin Zhiling has never crossed me as special and I will never understand why Zhao Wei is considered beautiful.

Correction: I would like to replace Gao Yuan Yuan with Liu Shi Shi.

Changed my list slightly after rewatching Gong Li's boobs spilling out of her dress in Curse of the Golden Flower.

Well depends in which kind of context. I found out that actress can be very different according to their cloths/make up. EX: In The Myth ( Drama version) Zhang Meng is very pretty in Gu Juan when she's acting as Yu Ji/Xiao Yue but is less impressive when she acts as Gao Lang in modern cloth/makeup.

If im making my top 8 considering both Modern/Gu Juan. ( Can't Decide to make top 4 >< )
