As you can gather, I'm stressed quite often.
not sure actually i don't get stressed often maybe because i run alot.
or i may garther my chi and breath in breath out LOL
Talked to peoples. May not solve problem but does relief at times.
I found that talking to people does actually help. Although it can't solve everything but it will help relieve tension and helps you cope better with your situation.

I find talking to my friends helps somewhat - it's not the best because sometimes the issues you're dealing with just isn't relevant to them and because of this, it's hard for them to understand (fully) what you're going through.
When I'm in class I like to doze off - no, not going to sleep, but just think about other things that would help me get my mind off the work for a while. Unfortunately I happen to do this a lot in most classes and it doesn't help in terms of study. When I'm in my own head space, I feel a bit more at ease.
If I'm stressed around people, then I'll just keep quiet, avoid talking/interacting with other people because I will snap at them :(
If I'm at home, then I'll just go to sleep...usually that works the best.
Thats easy, its either
ice cream
alcohol
hear stories that are worse of than me
sleep
but new pair shoes
Go workout. Turn all that pent up energy into something productive.
I like to sit on my rooftop or just have a few drinks.
Listen to music and maybe have a glass of red wine
My favorite thing to do when ever life beats me down is go out and sit at the pier and just listen to the seagulls chirping and soothing sound of the waves crashing to the shores. Although I am too far from the beach to do that now so I take the next best thing is to sit on a rock and dangle my feet in the river and let the cool stream take my stress away.

Sometimes, we need an outlet! :D Say: "Whooooshiaaa" then pull and rub your ear loop.
I do nearly the same sometimes. I do sports, then again, it depends on where I am, what I'm allow, given the space.
Sometimes, I crack stupid jokes to annoy others. :D Or, I try to do some cranky act.
Most times, I practise my dwawing!
That's actually one of the things (aside from eating) that I try not to do when I'm stressed. I find that when I shop to relieve stress, I end up being even more stressed at the end of the day when I realize how much I've spent. :tearlaugh
Usually, I cope with stress by playing listening to music or playing video games (Wii boxing, Gran Turismo & Tekken!).
