STAR WARS: REVENGE OF THE SITH! :)
persoanlly i would name it The Great Betrayal
WOWOWOWOWOWWO! SOOOOO COOOL NAMA!!!!!! I WANNA WATCH ALREADY! OMG! WTF! LOL!
Screw it. It sucks.
I think that's a poor choice of title for such a movie.
I can just see the comedy guys, like the ones who did Spaceballs, turn this title into, "The Return of the Stiff". And you know which area they're talking about.
Personally "The Dark Lord", or "The Dark Side" would have been a little better.
Episode 3: Darth Vader Rules.
Star Wars, Episode Three: There Shall Be Deaths! (And CG Generated Battles)
Episode 3: Crappiness Ensues
I thought it was gonna be called 'Star Wars: Birth of an Empire' ? (or something)
Oh well, still waiting for a 'Spaceballs' sequel :D
or maybe a Han Solo side movie or something....Chronicles of Han Solo lol :p
Harrison's so old...
Star Wars 3 : The death of the Gungans? Oh pleeease oh pleease oh pleease let the stormtroopers cut through wave after wave of Gungans.......... :)
On a more serious note, I really did think that the original Star Wars cast are now at the perfect age for filming some of the sequels involving the next generation (although a bit too old for the trilogy with Mara Jade, Thrawn and Joruus C'Baoth). With the exception of Ford, I don't think the other major cast members will be particularly expensive to hire for a sequel.... :P
I think is okee... I think George Lucas and his team try to use the KISS method. Keep It Simple Stupid :)Quote:

So you have
Starwars: New Hope
Starwars: Empire Strike Back
Starwars: Return of the Jedi
now you have
Starwars: Phantom Mence
Starwars: Attack of the Clones
Starwars: Revenge of the Sith
I can see the relation they are trying to do here....
*thinks Mark Hamill.... thinks Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back*Quote:

Anybody that has seen the other 5 Star Wars films will know what'll happen in this movie. Expect lots of people to die, Jedi becoming extinct, Sith returning, and Empire taking over the Republic.
George Lucas making something that angsty? Whoa.
George Lucas is a angsty white boy with serious control issues. I hope to be like him except not white and not making shit like Episode 1 and 2. Wait... I don't really want to be like him. I don't even like Star Wars that much...
Angsty he is as would Yoda say. Just hear the atrocious angtsy dialogs he puts in Christensen and Portman's mouthes.Quote:

I always thought because star war was set very high that there is no way it can fill most of our expectation.
Also it seems that those that don't read up spoiler, plot twist, title etc (basically no clues about the movie)... and just sit down the first time and watch the movies enjoy it the most.
I don't understand why people think that "Revenge of the Sith" is such a bad name. Compare it to "Return of the Jedi". I mean, they're almost exactly the same!
Seriously...it fits the overall story, gives you an idea of what direction the movie will take and fits the theme of how the Star Wars movies have been named so far. What's wrong with it?
I think fans expect to be wowed... like how Star Wars did for them and then Empire Strike back etc... since those movie back then were technical advance... but now that just doesn't cut it and the story all have to flow to the original which might limit the writers.
I still thought Yoda with the lightsaber was one of the best moment in star wars :)
I don't think there is anything wrong with the title. besides, Return of The Jedi was titled Revenge of The Jedi before it came out in theatres.
