If Wong Chung Yeung had given the 9 Yum Jen Ging to Hung 7 Gung before dying...?

Imagine if, instead of giving custody of the 9 Yum Jen Ging to Chow Bak Tung, Central Divinity Wong Chung Yeung (shortly before his death) had turned the manual over to North Beggar Hung 7 Gung. How would events in wulin (and subsequently, LOCH, ROCH, and possibly HSDS) have developed differently? Would Hung 7 Gung have trained in the manual's techniques to make himself the undisputed top wulin fighter of his era? Would it have affected the outcomes of the wars against the Jins and the Mongols? Would the entire history of wulin going forward have been radically rewritten?
