The reason why the translations stopped was because Jonesky, the publisher of Tin Ha, released official english translations of the comics. There are sample issues at http://www.comicsone.com/stormRiders/
Though at some point, I want to update the cover gallery and fix up the design a bit.
Doh no more free translation... have to pay for it now :(
For some reason I can't find the translations at my local library or a book store of Chinese novels or comics. :(
I didn't know they carry comic or manga at the library.
Before I found a few Pokemon and Sailor Moon comcis at the Teen section.
