I think it's the Young Sherlock.
Looks like a combination of "The Young Sherlock" with Bosco, Stephy, Ma Tian Yu, Yuan Hong and Ruby and the newer version "The Legendary Di Ren Jie" (trailer here -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bvSfmaXXz2s )
