Questions about Gu Long novels

Hello folks,

Currently I am trying to explore Gu Long universe. I have few questions regarding his books. I would start with "3rd master's sword". I read the translation that is available but it wasn't finished. So, I didn't get to see what happened to many characters in the end, especially that villain Zhu Yeqing and that nameless Kid. Did Zhu Yeqing die? If yes, how did he die? And what happened to that kid ? Was he really Xie Xiaofeng's son?

Also, what is Yan Shishan's background? I mean is he from any wealthy/ martial art family like Xie Xiaofeng? I am looking forward to good response. Thank you.
