Gu Long villain battle: Seung Gwoon Gum Hung (SSRS) vs. Fok Yau (LSF)

Seung Gwoon Gum Hung (SENTIMENTAL SWORDSMAN, RUTHLESS SWORD) and Fok Yau (LUK SIU FUNG) shared numerous traits in common. Both were Gu Long villains. Both were devious, cunning, and utterly ruthless. Both were extremely ambitious and could command numerous powerful martial artists to kill for them. Both were also extremely wealthy. Both also had considerable personal martial arts skills. Both even shared the surname Seung Gwoon (because Fok Yau's previous name had been Seung Gwoon Muk).

If these two villains were to encounter each other and use ALL of their resources to destroy/subjugate the other, whom do you think would ultimately prevail?

Huo You never struck me as being a particularly great fighter. He might have been at the level of Yan Tieshan but certainly not at the level of Dugu Yihe. Shangguan Jinhong, although he ruled by fear, also seemed to have a real sense of loyalty from some of his followers, and commanded respect across wulin, while Huo You was, for all intents and purposes, no more than a conman, albeit one with a lot of resources and probably some decent martial arts. I'd be quite shocked if the Golden Currency Union lost to the 1st Class of Green-Robes, though, even if Huo You had Huo Tianqing working for him.

I think it'd be a great, epic struggle between the groups and their respective leaders. It'd be the wuxia equivalent of watching two great Mafia dons trying to take each other down.
