Anyone here is fluent in Japanese?

I'm wondering how is Bernard Sumner's Japanese on "Krafty". I doubt he knows the language and probably just go by sound.

I'm jealous, why do Japanese always get special tracks on their albums? They get gigs on DVD that we don't; I had to order "Pumped Full of Drugs" direct from Japan and it was quite expensive. They on the other hand get everything that's released here in the West. Not fair!

It sounds like someone helped him memorize the lyrics in Japanese, so I don't think he knows Japanese. Because from the way he pronounces the words, it sounds very hard and accented.
