Ahh, I saw the pics in avirtualvoyage and I dunno how I should feel. I like that they chose natural styling and costume, but I'm not impressed with the actor who acted as LHC. Too plain and not charismatic enough. Well, I'm waiting and hoping that I'm wrong, since I also didnt like Yang Xuwen's (LOCH) pics in the beginning

Btw, is this produced by the same company that produced Sparrow? Coz the director is the same. And when is the air date?

This is the one Jin Yong work I can't stand in its original form. The most grotesque thing is not DFBB having been a male but him taking a liking to LHC. Somebody ought to rip off Jin Yong's ideas for a different story based on XAJH or make Swordsman 2013 2.0...

Don't worry. In the original story , DFBB NEVER liked LHC. It's a creativity of several adaptations that exist only there.

Looks like Yilin - the older Ding-level nuns are significantly older, while none of the other Yi-level nuns have any significant role. I can't imagine Yihe or Yiqing having such studio pics.

Isnt that LHC standing in front of DFBB? How come LHC is in the same scene with the DFBB in male costume? IIRC, when LHC met DFBB, 'he' should be a 'she', so 'he' should be using a woman's clothes instead

Oh, is that a kid? No wonder that he is so short. I couldnt see the face clearly, but he has the same hair style as the close-up pics of adult LHC

I've been thinking that the guy is not DFBB, but his fake version instead. But, if he is the real one, then perhaps this version will have additional stories or modifications. Until now, I dont think we've had a version that gave LHC a reason for revenge.

If you look, it seems one of DFBB henchmen was trying to strike his blade at that kid. But DFBB stopped him. Imagine young DFBB preventing kid LHC from being slaughtered, only to have adult LHC later in the story take him down. The irony.
