Thanks Cocolico, I'll try it when I have other interesting pics. In addition to have fun here, am also learning new stuff which is good.Quote:

- if yr browser is Internet Explorer, u cannot right click to 'copy image location'. the only ways to get the image's url from IE is either by view source of the page (i'll not recommend this) or by right click on the image and do 'add to favorites'. 'add to favorites' will open up a window for u to save the url of the image to IE's favorites list. but the purpose here is not to save, when that window popped up, u should see a 'name' area. that 'name' area contains the url of the image u want. IE also has a tendency to replace the '/' character of the url to a '-' character in that name. so 'copy'/'paste' that name n replace '-' with '/' if necessary. good luck. :)

KMS: You did not go to "Sad Love Song" photography scene and "Cao Ch'engmu PV Preview Meeting". What is the reason?
SSH: Because I am a serviceman, this kind of public activity is prohibited. Therefore I could not go to the scene to give them my support, but I am supporting them from within my heart.

100th-day vacation special interview
Song Seung Heon gets a 5D4N vacation break. Although this is a short interview, we could get to know his most current condition as well as his message to Japan fans.
Q: How is army life?
SSH: Everything is well. It is a very important experience in my life, and it gives me a lot of precious time. In the army, I have a lot of time to think about many things... it's like returning time to me, as in the past I have been so busy. Especially that I have never had a routine life before, army life makes me feel refresh.
Q: It was said that before you left from your basic camp, you wrote in your letter about going to church?
SSH: When I was young I started going to church. My parents are still going church now. But when I entered the entertainment world, I had been too busy to do so. Few months back I came to know that church service is available in the army. In the letter I wrote "go to church to get to eat chocolates", that is a joke. In order to continue my religious belief, I go to church every week now.
Q: Have you heard from people that army life is very tough?
SSH: I heard people say this very often. My character is such that I will chat well with very closed friends. But with someone whom I've just met I can't get familiarised quickly. But now I often learn from my seniors, and as I'm older than most of my peers.... no doubt I still have a lot more to learn however I am doing very well now.
Q: What is the most difficult part in army life?
SSH: My unit is located in a cold zone... when the weather gets harsh it is the most difficult time. (laugh)
Q: Do you watch drama shows during free time? How do you feel?
SSH: This question... in the past before I join the army, I never get to watch drama even in my free time. In the army lights off is at 10pm... so drama showtime after 10pm is not possible. Only occassionally I get to watch drama and variety show... and often the people around will ask me "is this actress cute?".... I have no time to think about the answer. (laugh)
Q: Japan will be screening "Ice Rain", are you aware?
SSH: "Ice Rain" is so far my best movie but it's also a pity. From the director to acter/actress to crew, we put in a lot of efforts and hard work to complete it. Unfortunately it did not do well in Korea. For a movie, the box-office result is very important.... it is a real pity. Personally, "Ice Rain" is more than just a treasured work to me... it is also an excellent movie.
Q: In Japan, your movies will continue to be shown. Have you watched Japan movies before? If so, who do you remember (actor/actress)?
SSH: Of course I have seen Japan movies. "Secret", "Love Letter" are interesting. "The Ring", "Ju On", "Battle Royale" etc. horror movies are also my favourite. I am very interested in Japan's horror movies as they are very real. As for actor/actress, in Korea we are more familiar with Ryoko Hirosue.
Q: It was reported that your song "After Ten Years" is very popular. How do you feel?
SSH: I have heard about this. It is a wonderful feeling... I have never imagine that when I'm serving the army, my song is liked by many. When I first got the music scores, I already knew that it is a good song. As it was recorded just before I report to army, the song includes some of my personal emotions in it.
Q: Not only "After Ten Years", the song from "The Cool Guy" is also very popular. Initially you have plans to become a singer. When you discharged from army do you intend to become a singer?
SSH: No. I will concentrate fully in acting. Of course being a singer is great, but my singing is not too good. I don't have a reason to become a singer. To sing one or two songs as in "Sad Love Song" or "The Cool Guy" is fine, but have no plans to cut a personal album as yet.

I'm sure a few so crazy about SSH still join the club despites the language barrier. But HL would have gain much more members if they open up their door a bit more.
seungheonplanet.com is better because they open their membership to everyone without any $$$ requirement.
That's not bad an idea -- a powerpoint presentation of your new MV scripts for SSH with illustrating photos to send to SSH. I'm sure he'll get a real laughing kick out of it. He does have great sense of humor from what I've seen too.Quote:

HL fan club (esp. HL Japan) consists of more “adult” fans – with more money to spend and more education to aid what they’re doing. they so far had done a great job promoting SSH’s career. however, i hope that they don’t turn HL fan club into an “elite” circle labeled with “mature” and “rich” fans only. $30 USD yearly membership fee is probably nothing to US and Japan spenders, but it’s a lot for fans from other asian countries, and especially for the “young” fans in SE asia.
“lil” fans, in fact, constitute the largest MVs watchers/goers group, and are amongst those with the most creativity and most amount of time lurking/expressing themselves on the web. so while having grown-up fans’ support is wonderful, the voice of fans who are not in their prime yet should not be ignored.
also, don’t k-actors like Bae Young Joon, Lee Byung Hun, and SSH feel bad when being tagged as the lovers of oldies only? have you seen any JP fan meet clips of these three guys? the loud “raw-raw” crowds were mostly composed of “middle-aged” women (like the sweat-mopper and feet-masseur in the photo that maskofchina posted! :D ). i was like – what happened to all the young ones?
the fact is these guys are attractive to a full-range of different age groups. if HL members don’t do anything to encourage participation of the younger ones then the management company should. having exclusive SSH’s items available to HL members only and forbidding distribution on the web is another hostile proceed to shunt out the younger mass! :shame: :thumbsdow
i also hate the fact that there isn't any elaborate English web for SSH. if his management company wants to promote him internationally – ENGLISH is the way to go, baby!
i know SSH did ads for shampoo, but did he ever CF for dental product like toothpaste, toothbrush, breath-mint, etc. before? :confused:Quote:
