hmm. I don't want to be mean or anything, but i find that too many korean actress/stars undergo plastic surgery. Sure, the results are good, but i still find that is too fake :shrug:

The only korean actress I like is Quan Zhi Xian.

She is not ravishing but she has very enduring, endearing and subtlely sweet looks. She looks really sweet and pretty at the campfire scene in the sequel to 'wo de ya man nu you' (the unreasonable girlfriend role). Some girls' looks grow on you and looks better and better. she is one of them and I heard her beauty is all natural, that's even better esp since korea is a society obesessed with plastic surgery. She is a good actress too.

Do you have proof of this or is this a rumor? Can you name the actresses that have had plastic surgery for me? Why is it so impossible to believe these girls are just naturally beautiful. I know quite a few korean girls and some are just as pretty as those on tv and they have NEVER had any surgery so I must say I really don't believe these rumors. Song Hye Kyo was stunning even at 14 years old. It's obvious she was just born this way as I'm sure most of the other girls are as well.

oh good god! but it is true! my friend surfs over at tvseriesfans (it's now back up) and she's always interested in celebs and their plastic surgeries, so yea, my freind showed me like chart fulls of them korean actresses AND actors. and id have to say, they were all pretty ugly looking before underiong the knife :eh: -- and WOW... afterwards, they all look like pretty-blonde-plastic-dolls. :disgust:

it's down to a point that there's so many of them that uses plastic surgery to make themselves "beautiful" that it's all pretty common and pathetic. :shrug: (give me a day or two to ask my friend if she still has those charts, if she does, i'll post it up for u. but if not.... hopefully i can find it)

A chart really isn't proof of anything. Just because something is posted on the internet doesn't make it true. If there are before and after photos and they are authentic I would be interested in seeing them. Until then I have the Kansas attitude...show me. :)

I've seen B4 and After pics of some korean girl celebs... and they were quite scary lol

Alot of korean actresses and jp actressed do go under surgery. I am not saying 100 percent, but yeah I bet they did some nose surgery. DON't get me wrong, i know alot of pretty koreans, like Yon :D,. but the ones I see on tv series, u can tell they got a tuck here and there.

I mean, look at some of their nose structure. They way their nose are so straight makes their face a lil unnatural at times, like it is awkardly straight. Some actress has really big eyes where they could have go surgery from. I mean Ayumi Hamasaki did her eyes if u look at her older pictures. And SES member' Bada even claimed she got her eyes done. SHe had them bigger with doubke eye lids. She said she felt more confident with them. Also, The other member from SES, if u look at her old pics and new ones, u can't tell she got her nose done since the nose is thinner and tigher looking.


Dont' get me wrong. I still think those actresses look ten times better than I do, but i feel they cheat just a tad :shrug:
