Huai and Meng gave chase into the temple and saw many monks were killed. Huai and Meng were misunderstood by the other monks and luckily, the vice-abbot helped them out. However, he wished for them to leave the temple quickly. On the way, they met Master Yi You and they spoke about the death of the abbot and rushed back to the temple. The vice-abbot accused Master Yi You of killing the abbot. Meng, and Huai helped explain what happened and the other monks believed them. The monks were questioning the suspicious vice-abbot when he was suddenly killed.

Every 3 years, there will be a Meet where a Leader is selected. In order that Long take part in the selection, Yi You promised him that he will tell Long the identity of the swordsman in black if he takes part. Feng saw Long calling Meng as ‘Mother’ and was shocked. He thought that Huai is Meng’s husband and thus left sadly.

Long was nominated as the leader and he went with Huai into the temple to see the swordsman in black. It turns out that this man is Long’s father, a Persian assassin. Huai thought that the Jue Shi sword is there, but he was disappointed when it turns out that it is not the sword he was looking for. When Long’s father knew that his wife is dead, he was devastated. He passed his unique internal strength to Long and passed away.

After Meng asked Yi You to look after Long, she left to continue her search for Feng.
