Thanks bio! That is really a big jump, to portray youth into maturity like that. I love how Vicki likes to challenge herself. I really hope this series becomes a success.

*sigh* talk about 'killing one bird with two stones'

hehehe yes...........you heard me right, NOT "two birds with one stone".
    hehehe the:
    bird=me
stone 1= Alec's "rumors" with Ruby
stone 2= Vicki's admitance to bf

ok, so i'm a bit depressed at these two turn of events. In the far region of my mind I've always had that nagging feeling AV won't come true, but hehe that didn't stop me from loving them despite all odds. But i guess, being fans, the least i could do is be happy for them (all).
hehehe, then again, knowing this STILL will not hinder my madness for AV ---now rather than also hoping for AV in real life, I can still have the dream and hope of AV on screen. They are friends afterall, so I don't see why not.

New picture of Vicki in Moment in Peking.

Filming of Moment in Peking finally come to an end, and Vicki is to be back to studio recording for new album

I'm happy for Vicki as well hope theri relationship last, and since Wang Yu and Vicki want to keep the relationship low profile, chances are we wouldn't see picture of them together...

I liked it more when vicki had pigtail braids etc. that hair in that pic i'm not very fond of. it looks very fake when i see during her filiming. (it's nice in the front, but on the side. it's liek a plastic hard ball sticking out. not very real).

Latest news stated, Vicki is currently taking some time off, touring Japan at the moment. No news of when she will return, but when she return, filming and recordng will pick up again...

ask her costume department!!! Not Vicki's fault...she just has to wear what she's told too...
I think it's to try and make her look older (seeing our Vicki doesn't really look 30-40 yrs old...:P)

*blinks* Wait. A Time to Love is what movie? And Moment in Peking is the Mulan one?

Besides, I like that picture. The pearls are questionable, yes, but I do like that do. It's quite elegant.

And she's already recording a new album?!

yes..yes...positive thinking...now if only our dear Vicki goes to taiwan, or maybe Alec can go to China...*fluttering off into dreamland...*

The Vicki has a boyfriend news actually doesn't phase me THAT much, since guess it's her choice...
But the Alec and Ruby thing....*bl...bl...blah!!*
(sorry peeps...I just dun like Ruby Lin...and after she decided to go and endorse those breast enlargement ads (there were HUGE lifesize models of Ruby with her apparently large breasts at the store I was working at during Christmas)...I feel even worse about her...poor Alec...)

A Time To Love movie is where Lu Yi act as Vicky's partner in the movie itself.. and Moment in Peking is a series that recently finished making and she played as Mulan in that series..

ahahahha FALLEN! long time no see!
hahahah well, i guess i'm not that depressed anymore, lol, life goes on, what can we do

i'm happy for her with watever her choices are. it's just now, i'm looking forward even more to a future AV collab! so fine, if they can't pair together in real life (hehe fate is funny in it's own way ey?) then let's see them together on screen---TWIST fate (a lil).

haha yogurt (and Fallen) i'm glad u guys are optimistic about it. hehehhe gets me into la-la-land again!
and ur right, i'm more subtle w/ vicki's news of dating than alec and ruby's (or so it was 'reported') >_<. i still shudder at that thought. ehhhh oh well he probably sees something in her that we obviously don't, or maybe he needs more lasic eye surgery ba! hahaahha jk. lol... ok, gonna shut up now cuz my nasty side is showing it's ugly behind.

ok off on a tangent, but jsut gotta ask. RUBY WAS a spokesperson for BREAST ENHANCEMENT???!!!! >>>>>>>>> HAHAHAHAHAHA i know it's one thing to be skinny, but she's as flat a a wooden plank!
flat+needs supplementation=breast enhancement? (lol if lookign at it that way, then maybe it makes more sense lmaol).

Fellow AV fans..... Hien... hmm...i think we all have been following Alec and Vicki's news since HZGG and i was once so obsessed with AV that i could not understand why 2 people so compatible in a drama could not possible end up together. This is the fact that we all have a schemas or fantasy of carry over effect from drama and real life. We also have halo effect which is we assume the character in the drama is the same with the real person..... so much so, we assume they are both perfect but they are not. For so long, AV always have a very strong impression in our mind that we could not change the schemas and that is called perseverance effect. Time does indeed change them.... to a more mature individuals... when we look at their pictures especially Vicki, i do believe she don't really look the same Vicki of XYZ. They have enter another phase of life where they would want to settle sown with the one they love though career in entertainment circle is still important for them. When i heard about the rumours of Alec and Ruby, it does surprise me .... actually Chae Rim is not the one who is casted in the first place but Ruby and Alec purposely want to work with her in many times... and they are in close contact so the probability is very high for them..... As for Vicki , good for her to have a new partner... hope she is happy with her life now.

No matter what, i think we have little knowledge ... perhaps we only get to know them through the media but not directly in person, so what impression they have on us might not be real. Celebrities would want to create a certain image in order to gain popularity and so often we heard about celebrity want to be themselves but in the end still acting and pretending to be someone who is ecceptable in public eyes. This is the fact that once they step into this circle, they will expect lose themselves a bit in order to have a good image. Hmm i think i'm crapping too much here..... ... just a thought...

    Cheers to all V fans.

Jay Chou invited to star in "Slam Dunk", Thursday, March 10, 2005 - Taiwan

The flames of Chou-Hou relationships are growing, and Director Yanping Zhu
wants to create something new and interesting. He wants to invite Jay Chou, and Vicky Zhao in his new movie "Slam Dunk" [temporary name]and create a Chou-Zhao relationship in the movie.

Famous movie director Yanping Zhu announced yesterday that producer don't Wu has planned out a budget of $100,000,000 for the new movie "Slam Dunk", hoping it will be a big hit in Taiwan, HK and Mainland China.

"Slam Dunk", which is currently being written, is no longer the same old storyline as the famous Japanese Anime "Slamdunk". It incoporates Kung-Fu, sports, the process of how a hip-hop styled boy practices his "Bull Fight" on the basketball court. The movie has already invited "The never defeating" Cheng Xiao Dong as the action director. Hopefully the movie will be finished before the end of this year 2005, so it can be in the theaters by the New Years period of 2006.

This movie is a very high costing one, and it isn't a small case at all. Director Yanping Zhu says,"There aren't many male artists nowadays that are multi-talented. Takeshi Kaneshiro (who recently starred in House of Flying Daggers) can't play basketball, then who else can? Of course it's the Heavenly King Jay Chou!"

Jay Chou has recently earned almost USD$1,000,000 (NTD$30,000,000) in his new movie "Initial D". Director Zhu says, "When the story is done written, we'll show it to Jay Chou, knowing that he loves music and basketball, I believe he isn't the type of person that values money more than the movie itself!"

Neither Patty Hou nor Jolin Tsai are suitable for the leading female role in "Slam Dunk". Director Zhu also admits that he favors the markets of Mainland China, so he chooses Vicky Zhao for that role. Director Zhu says, "Vicky Zhao is a very outgoing and smart, I think she would make a great match with the shy, quiet, and cool-to-the-extreme Jay Chou."
