Maybe we will also have the stunt-woman that did some of the fight scenes for LYF as the empress, then ZJZ will just need to pay her 1 salary to do 2 things in the series. LOL!

Don't even talk about the stunt-woman for LFY in ROCH just remembering her looks give me the creeps I couldn't sleep for 5 days after seeing the pic of her stunt-double. She was dead-awful in looks no offense.

Concur but I just don't like or even want to think about how LFY got stuck with a stunt like that. But since this thread is about DOMD II wshouldn't about ROCh anymore or LFY.

At this rate, i won't like any of the actresses in the series. i'm ok with LBB and FBB, but i don't want to keep seeing them around. i think Princess Jiang ning needs an actress who can act... like Shu Chang or Yang Mi... although it'd be pretty hard to find an actress to play A Ke after that who'd be prettier than the other wives

to clarify, i'm not a fan of shu chang...you can even check out her thread and you can tell that i don't post there to even be considered a fan. but she is talented and deserves the opportunity. i just don't like fbb. never found her stunning and she is in too many series...and she only denied him in roch because he didn't offer her the lead role. anyhow, i agree with you, i also hope fbb rejects this role. i don't want to see her in this remake...it might just ruin it for me.

And one good thing about fbb is that she listens to her fans, she rejected wong jing's invitation early this year to gueststar in flying fox after her fans kept complaining and complaining and complaining ...

Sounds like she will never get a role. Just plant moles of every actress running for the same role in the same series and you will never see her in any.

i wouldn't say either of them are newbies. Shu Chang has been acting for around 10 years... she's just never had any juicy roles. Yang Mi could probably get some very good offers with her looks and her performance in ROCH

but i would assume that shu chang is still relatively less expensive to hire right? anyhow, i'd rather look at shu chang and yang mi and i wouldn't mind paying a higher price for a dvd set if either was hired in lieu of fbb.

and i officially declare that i'm a new shu chang fan after learning more about her past...

anyhow, given how many series fbb has produced i expect that her asking price is higher than either shu chang and yang mi. i don't mind if i'm wrong about this because that would mean shu chang and yang mi are more appreciated than i realize but one does wonder if fbb is more expensive to employ given her experience.

yea, i think FBB would be more expensive to employ than Shu Chang or Yang Mi. Although at the rate of using newcomers and Zhang Jing Ying... it seems as if their budget is a bit low... or that they are having some serious problems

Seriously, if FBB and LBB are the best they can come up with, i might even bypass this series. I'm considering bypassing Flying Fox too. only good one right now seems to be BXJ

zhang ji zhong this is second times asking Bing Bing but I still hope she didn't except the role. I hope to she Fan more in modern than ancient one.

I rather she have other series and the lead male in there only love her not like sharing love for other six lady. Oh no!! When I watch it will make me mad. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

I hope FBB doesnt accept the role is she's really offered it. I don't really like her anyway and if she appears in here, she'll probably take up most of the screentime leaving very little for the other wives. I'd rather see more of actresses like Yang Mi or Sun Fei Fei.

I'll pass as it will most probably end up like ROCH06 horribly butchered. Fox is a definitely no-no. Can't stand the weird costumes. More like an MTV production than a wuxia pian.

I think BXJ is a safer bet. I'm losing confidence in ZJZ as a true professional who really cares about his craft.
