ghost movie

so i remember this movie from a long time ago,
It has a wanderer monk with a wooden backpack traveling and he seeks refuge in this old shack with a pretty girl, who is actually a ghost, her sui phu suspects this and is searching for him, she hides him in her bathwater... her sister is also looking for him, i think they want to eat him. the master sui phu has a really long tongue and black hair/horns. and so does the sister, the pretty girl ghost is dressed iin white ofcourse, i think its not a long movie. maybe a very short series or just a regular 2 hour movie. any ideas. this is hopeless as i remember watching this when i was 6 or 7.

well that movie is kinda famous years ago, I can still remember that song by Lesile in that movie lol
