I think lots of issues starts with sarcasm... I mean some people can take it, some people can't, some can dish it but can't take it, some can dish it and take it... and Mods are put in a very difficult position to make that judgement.

Just when posting just think of who is reading this. If you have this mentally that I can post what ever I want remember people can also do the same. And take it easy, there is always "jerks"... try not to be one of those folks
