This would be the source novel of 1978 Tsui Hark serial for CTV, titled in English "The Gold Dagger Romance." First two characters obviously Jin Dao, which don't correspond to any of the Chinese titles on Rebecca Tai's list.

Has the Tsui series ever been discussed here? I'm pretty sure ithere's been no video release.
