I just watched all the old versions and then reread the novel (which I can barely understand...I only know enough to kinda get what's going on).
All the series have a lot missing from the novel... I wish there was one that would actually get EVERYTHING in the novel correct... but that's impossible....
(rereading the novel has rekindled my hate of Guo Fu... *evil-ish deranged look in my eyes*)
