I got like two questions right without knowing what the question or the answer was. Then I lost. hahahaOriginally Posted by ginnie
hahah..High Five~ I did the same...aimlessly trying out the functions and got the first question right without knowing the question or the answer..hey..I got $1,000 bucks for blindness. =)Originally Posted by Suet Seung
The title of the book is Tin Ngai Chuen Shuet。 It is available for sale online. I would like to translate it as Tin Ngai Fables but that sounds odd though.Originally Posted by Sentinel
Legend of Tin Ngai? The Tales of Tin Ngai?Originally Posted by ginnie
I thought of Legend too..but that sounds too grand for Chuen Shuet. Legend is more like Chuen Kei....don't you think? Food for thoughts.Originally Posted by Suet Seung
Tales of Tin Ngai....hehe...i thought of this too. What exactly is the difference between Tales and Fables...?
Which one means more like a myth that gets transmitted from generation to generations? Stories told and retold?

I think 'Tales of Tin Ngai' is the best title because it rhymes.
From the sound of it, Tales of Tin Ngai does sound so much better than Tin Ngai Fables..haha..or Fables of Tin Ngai which sounds even quirkier. But, from the definition standpoint, I like Fables's meaning better.Originally Posted by kidd
Sometimes this is the thing with translations, they sound better but don't exactly mean the same thing.
The beauty of languages never cease to amaze me.
Well, 'The Tin Ngai Fable' sounds cool too.
you get it at Hong Kong....there might b other places where u can buy it...i dunno....and yes it is in chinese....Originally Posted by ice_brakerz

hey if you guys watched MVP Valentine Remus looks like Yan Xing Shu... =) just a thought...Originally Posted by ginnie
well remus's acting skills are indeed better than william but.. (sheepish Smile) i still like william... i'm praying and hoping MDWAV 4 will be more focused on tian ya and sky.. and sky would be william.. coz i like him.. selfish thought but.. =)...
but actually remus in MDWAV 3 can consider have a major role.. in a way.. at least he has more shots than william and his lines are longer than william... correct..
frankly speaking ATV are seriously taking a big risk if all the actors for mdwav 4 are new i mean people practically watch part 3 due to the fact that part 1 and 2 was nice and as u all should know by now part 3 has not lived up to expectaions at all so frankly speaking i don't even think i will watch part 4 if none of the current actors will act in it
speaking of remus and william i think remus is better in terms of acting but i think william looks way cuter and if the leading actors of part 4 will be kylie and william there might be a slight chance that i will watch it
but again how will the story line click i mean the whole story line is about MY DATE WITH A VAMPIRE so now whos going to have the date with the vampire if there are no vampires is kinda funny thinking about it.. unless tin ai wants to kill herself cause she is a vampire and has ma family blood in her body..... or it might even become more interesting if SKY is the ghostbuster and he needs to catch tin ai ......
vampire = Fong Tin NgaiOriginally Posted by ice_brakerz
the one who is going to have a date with the vampire = Sky
Very simple what.
Furthermore, the series is called 'MY DATE WITH A VAMPIRE' not 'MY BATTLE WITH A VAMPIRE'. So, Sky and Tin Ngai needn't be enemies.
Didn't we see this between Siu Ling and Tin Yau in part 1 and 2 already? What's so interesting about repeating the same old storyline?Originally Posted by ice_brakerz
and how would sky miraculously get his tao skillz from?Originally Posted by kidd
and why isnt tin ngai in crazy mode... (if vampire poison & ma families blood colide, then the person will become a vampire dats gone baad), is it because she is a mo sing?
We don't know much about any of the SDU members...so, it is free writing for Mr. Chan if he continues with Sky..But, I doubt Sky would know any Tao skills. Chan SUp Sam better come up with some brilliant plot and creative conflict for his next installment. This is a serious threat...................Originally Posted by hyperlink989
