Also, I think mainly ppl got cheated because they either d/l free from websites or paysites that are illegal. The next thing happens, is the form of disappointment (that arises from viewer's own ignorance) then turned to rage and spread across the net...

I wonder if ATV did nothing as it might act as a reverse-promotional gimic - if there's a IV?

well i just finish watching the 4 the serie dont know if it is the real 4th serie.....

but in one of the links you guys gave i found out that the 4th serie will totaly be diff from the previous 3 and will use dif casts as well is this true???

Funny, if that's the case, why do they leave out the registration number for the copyright? People do that just for money. The company is non local. Why do they even care about Singapore's popularity? From what I see, they are already too much wrath towards Singapore films. I suppose notority is a better word. Surf Baidu more often. Type in "I love MDWAV IV by Singapore". See what you get?

Filming IV isn't confirmed yet btw. It isn't even listed on the 2006 ATV filming schedule. What I believe is: the top management is still deciding / already decided-planning in progress.

but it turned out to be a different story and alot boring..........

lily07: When you rented it at the rentail store, what language was that in and was it actually created by ATV w/ any people from the original cast? I know I have been tricked my times by videos dubbed in viet cuz sometimes titles are the same or there is remake or that the cast are similar but of different stories (this usually happen w/ singapore series and some chinese series as well)

I am pretty sure there is no MDWAV IV of yet, but for more information you could go to www.hkatv.com. I think if you register, they allow you to see video clips of new and prospective dramas.

I don't think they would make a MDWAV IV b/c I read somewhere in the other MDWAV thread that Joey Meng and Eric Wan are not w/ ATV anymore (and a fourth w/out the main characters would be weird and annoying and a new story by itself) and Joey said she would not act in any more of her husband's story (but this may just be rumors b/c I am just relating heresay here).
