Family Combo 2
Every Sat, 9pm

Let the hilarious cast led by Moses Lim and Huang Jia Qiang tickle your ribs every Saturday night from Feb 26 at 9pm! Also stars Cassandra See, Dasmond Koh, Ng Hui, Zhang Wenxiang, Michelle Liow, Lin Meijiao.

The sequel begins with Edmund’s eldest sister Ah Keow (Moses Lim) inheriting a considerable amount of fortune from her late husband. Ah Keow gives two next-door semi-detached houses to both Edmund (Moses Lim) and her niece Elaine (Ng Hui). Elaine and her husband’s family have the right to stay in the new house on the condition that she becomes pregnant within the first year of marriage.

Edmund and his arch-rival Lao Mei (Huang Jia Qiang), Elaine’s father-in-law, are constantly at loggerheads even when the two families live across the block. Things get more chaotic now as they become next-door neighbours. The two fathers often argue incessantly over trivial matters and the romantic relationship between Lao Mei and Edmund’s ex-wife Mei Nü (Lin Mei Jiao) adds fuel to the strained ties.

You You (Dasmond Koh) and Elaine continue their blissful married life. Everything seems perfect for You You but he is only unhappy about the gradual drop in the standard of Chinese among students. You You then decides to carry out a drastic measure to help improve the standard of Chinese…

The PSLE exams are approaching for the kids Wei Wei and Eugene. The family members put in their best to help the two boys, turning the families upside down. At the same time, Lao Mei is extremely furious upon learning that Wei Wei has a girlfriend. To make matters worse, Edmund even persuades Wei Wei to teach Eugene how to get a girlfriend.

Dan Dan (Michelle Liow) continues to live in her own dreamy world, achieving nothing in both career and love. Fortunately the pet-lover acquaints a veterinarian and embarks on her new romance.

Three months have passed and Elaine is still not pregnant. Ah Keow attributes this to the bad feng shui of the two houses and creates havoc in the families by carrying out big-scale renovation works.

On the other hand, Edmund pleads for Ah Keow to give him a comfortable high-ranked post in her company. Never does he realize that she goes by the book and wants him to start up as a junior sales executive. Hence, a dejected Edmund suffers from depression and keeps throwing tantrums. His wife, Elizabeth (Cassandra See), takes him to the doctor as she suspects him to be suffering from menopause.

Both Lao Mei and Mei Nü have a phobia of marriage and keep diverting the topic. Elaine finds that singlehood is a common phenomenon in Singapore and intends to set up a matchmaking service company with You You. To gain credibility, they put Pierre (Zhang Wenxiang) to the experiment and he finally finds the love of his life – Andrea.

After numerous attempts, Elaine is finally pregnant! It is triple happiness for the families as Elizabeth and Mei Nü are also expecting. Lao Mei marries Mei Nü in a hurry…
