Default Logic behind LSF getting SMCS's help in Book 1

What was the logic behind Luk Siu Fung summoning Sai Mun Chui Sheut for help against Yim Teet San, Dook Goo 1 Hok, and Fok Yau in Book 1 of LUK SIU FUNG?

If Yim, Dook Goo, and Fok's martial arts were as good as rumored (which was indeed true in the case of Dook Goo at least), then Sai Mun Chui Sheut would not have been of much help because these warriors would have been more powerful than he. Luk Siu Fung would just be condemning his friend to death.

If SMCS could actually defeat these three warriors, then Luk Siu Fung is not doing a very good job in fulfilling the Golden Roc Emperor's objectives: the emperor said he wanted Yim, Dook Goo, and Fok *alive* so that they could admit their wrongdoing to his royal ancestors and hand over the money they embezzled from him. Sai Mun Chui Sheut, however, can only kill his enemies. If SMCS could actually win against the three warriors, they'd all be dead, and Luk Siu Fung would have failed in his mission.

Either way, it seems like the decision to call in Sai Mun Chui Sheut was a mistake.

I thought you would've figured out by now that GL never paid much attention to logic.
"Anything you can't say NO to is your MASTER, and you are its SLAVE."

"I disapprove of what I say, but I will defend to the death my right to say it."

But if we don't overanalyze things, then this Wuxia forum would be useless.
I would love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.

actually, luxiaofeng only thought that dugu's skills were above SMCS. he only realised the others level of skill after fighting with them, and he never wanted SMCS to fight DOOK GOO. plus SMCS skills and reputation were so scary that there were few who could fight with him, his name and presense might have been enough to solve the issue.

my mistake, LXF considered all three of them as true martial artist, but he sill had to get XMCS help as there was noone else who had a chance to help him convince the three to 'own up' to heir 'wrong'
