He means 'romance' sparks. Usually when people say 'sparks/火花' it means that they wish for their relationship to develop into a romantic one, not just a 'friends' r/ship.

SARFT files for Shua Xin 3+7 have been released. '3' represents yesterday, today and tomorrow, and '7' represents the colours of the rainbow. There are ten independent stories in this whole nano-movie (TR calls it that, so from now on I'll be sticking with that as well). So far, we know that HG is playing a crazy person in 《小城故事多》 and a waiter in 《说好我们的店》.
