IMO, we can't rank martial arts just like we rank fighters based on power, becoz martial arts are only dead form whereas fighters are not.I mean even the dragon palms are pretty useless in the hands of some1 who doesn't know how to use it ( example: in ROCH, the two Mo Brothers do know about 8 moves( may be more i don't remember) of the dragon palms, but we all know how useless they are); the counter example to this is XF, who uses the simplest and most basic martial art to defeat a high lvl monk of Shaolin who was using one of the 72 supreme arts.
