Just wanted to ask if you guys go to other thai entertainment based forums? If not, would you guys like to join one? And some might even get to be mods if they're willing to help out.

Really? you don't like Aom Piyada? wow you're probably the first person I've heard say that they don't like Aom. May I ask why you don't like her?

As for visiting other thai entertainment forums, I do visit some but just browsing around, not an active member, this is the only forum that I'm a member off and actively post. Frankly I just don't have the time, not between working, chores, and watching way too many series then I should be both Thai and chinese ones.

My fave Tangmo series is "oun aiy rak" with Cee siwat, Tle Tawan and Cheer tikumporn. Such a tear jerker of a series.

There is just something about her that annoys me. I can't pin point what it is, but she just annoys me. There are several actress that do that to me. And my list is long.

I guess I'm just used to people liking Aom Piyada, so I was just surprised when you said that you didn't. I guess people have their own reasons for liking/disliking someone. I personally like Kob but I know lots of people can't stand her and I actually enjoy Tata's songs but others ..... one of my personal faves is Aom Sunisa, yeah she doesn't have the greatest voice nor can you call her a great actress but for some reason I adore this girl, I like her for herself. I think she's a great entertainer. Hmm was wondering did anyone watch a thai talkshow called "JokJai" when they did a reality special called "flowers in asia", if you haven't I recommend that you do, its really good.

But when it comes to chinese actresses, I'm so picky, I dislike so many, and like you GuGu, my list is long. Well top on my dislike list is Sonija Kwok and Charmaine Sheh, but thats a different topic.

There are many people I know who doesn't like Aom Piyada. And I hated the fact that she co-starred with my sweetie Tik. But that's not the reason, because there have been so many people who have co-starred with Tik and I don't hate all of them.

And I am a big fan of Kob Suvanant myself. I consider her to be the leading star of Thailand. Some people who don't like her associate her with her roles. You know, her innocent, stupid, the forgiving roles she takes. It is really annoying. But I still like her because I've always liked her. LOL, yeah I'm messed up.

But damn Step into the Past really got me annoyed at her. I couldn't stand the ending at all! Tavia is also annoying. And I know this will raise a red flag for our relationship Sutisa, but Jessica is also one of those actresses I can't stand. Please don't kill me.

OMG I don't know anyone else that likes her, the first time I saw her was in this series called "taryart khun ying" where she was N'ek with Chakrit, I absolutely loved her in that, then I found out she was a singer, so I then had to go out and find her albums and talkshows and concerts and next thing I knew I was a Fan! I think she's really funny and I like her friendship with Mos. You have to watch that talkshow I mentioned "jokjai" they sent her to Japan to study to be a geisha! It was so funny.

Yeah I've just recently watched "Johm jai" with Paul and Benz and Joy is N'rai, I just can't stand her, especially her acting and I think it has a lot to do with her mouth, and the way she talks. Also if you are considering watching this series, I strongly recommend that you don't, even if you really like Paul and Benz (which was the main reason why I rented it), the storyline is not good and the scriptwriter was stupid enought not to improve on it. Plus theres Joy.....

Yes Joy was the N'ek in "Barn sai tong", I remember at the time that series came out, there was so much critism about it, especially about all the supporting stars like the Mum and the younger sister, but I thought they were great, but I found her to be the biggest miscast for such a classical lakorn, she just didn't suit that character. But my most hated series with her is the one she done with Johnny.

GuGu, how do you watch your series? DL them, hiring them ect? if you hire them like I do, then your rental store should have it. The Thai name is "เจาะใจ". This particular reality segment is called Flowers in Asia. They sent 4 N'ek's to different countries in Asia and followed them around with a camera, but each N'ek had a different task. First episode was with Noon Siripun (N'ek from peurn sanit), she was sent to Nepal, and her task was to find all these items that are used in a religous ceremony all across the country.

Second was Cherry Khemupsorn, she went to China and her task was to be a tour guide in China, so she had to go learn the history of China ect and then had to plan out a tour and then conduct it.

Third was Aom Sunisa, who was sent to Japan to learn to be a geisha, she had to wear a Kimono the whole time, she had to learn everything, and then actually perform in front of guest too.

and then last was Sirita Jensen, who was sent to Vietnam, where they took away all her money and cards and mobile and she had to find work herself, with no translater. She ended up selling pho on the streets.

What was good about this show was all 4 girls didn't know there tasks until they arrived in there country of destination.

I recommend that you get all episodes, they are all really good, but Aom's was the best but thats again cas of her personality.

Also, don't go looking for the Jessica's thread in the actress section cas its not there, um its not on this Forum.

Oh, I was kinda confused when you wrote 'JokJai' for เจาะใจ, cause I've never heard of 'JokJai' before I get everything online so I'll try to find it. I've heard of something like Asias of Flowers from thairath awhile ago. I just didn't pay attention to it. But I'm going to have to look for it.

It would be interesting to see all of those 4 girls in a foreign place.

I also really like "Oun aiy rak", probably cas I wasn't expecting it to be such a sad lakorn, I thought it was gonna be similar to Benja kita kwarm rak, but boy was I surprised, I cried so much when I watched that series. I think I liked it cas all main chracters had some sort of sad personal story but they somehow found each other. One of my favourite scenes was when Tangmo, who just escaped from being raped and Cheer, (I think) just had a fight with her dad and she had run away from home, both, somehow end up meeting each other at the petrol station. That was a pretty sad scene as each girl kinda realised that the other wasn't any better off. I also like the scenes when Tle Tawan was making Cee jealous by getting friendly with Tangmo and the scene when Cheer made Tle wear Pink cas she liked the colour pink. That was cute. Man I need to watch this lakorn again.

Oh didn't you know that they had Angkor Part 2, part 2 stars Pinky Savigar and Vee Veeraparp. Not as good as Part 1, cas Boum Jittima wasn't in it, but still a pretty good series. If you liked Part 1, you would probably like part 2.

I had a copy of the "benja keeta kwarm ruk" ost, but honestly i really dont know what i did with it, and then i also saw a music video as well..

tle tawan was soo handsome in this lakorn.. i've never seen him in another lakorn atleast i havent seen any! but he sure was a handsome guy! yes, now i really want to go back and rewatch that lakorn! its one of the saddest i've seen! it wasnt any way as i thought it would be, but after all it was a great lakorn!

I thought after all that Tangmo's sister had been through she didnt deserve to die! after all that shes done, she deserved to be loved, and even though her boyfriend knows that the child isnt his, he still loves her and cherished her.. ahh it was soo sad how she died, and i hated her mother or whomever that lady was.. I was hoping that Tangmo's sister would be with her boyfriend and they would live happily ever after with the child.. aww..how sad!

With Angkor, I do like it, but honestly one of the reasons i liked it is b/c pete was in it! ahahaa, i thought pete was soo handsome..

Ruk Nee Hua Jai Rao Jaung starring Ken T. and Janie P.

From the preview it looks like a Romance/Comedy. I haven't been excited about a lakorn for ages but this one got my attention. Not only does it star two of my favorite stars Ken and Janie, but I scanned through the storyline and I've gotta say it's pretty good.

If anyone is interested in watching this lakorn and other lakorn, like Dan and Beam's new lakorn Pood Ruk Na Mo, just PM me and I can share with you all. I don't think I can post it on the forum.
