I hated this lakorn, but my mom absolutly loved it..

But i do like Bee and Pong's new lakorn "taley ressiya" I think this is the first lakorn i've seen with pong being the p'ek.

Oh I didn't watch this lakorn, not much of a fan of Bee Namtip, nor am I a fan of Pong, but I did like his series "Leh pumaret" but that was probably because I really liked Pim Zaza's character in that series.

xiangfeng05, I too recommend that you watch "Oum Rak" its a really good series, so many sweet, funny, romantic moments. I love those scenes where she had craving for flowers, laughed so much, especially when she bought all those round flowers things and then ate it all! And who could forget when she ate the flower off that other models dress. Lol I also like the scenes where Ken's friends Oh and Num who were trying to have a kid but he always interupts them at the wrong moments.

Hmm makes me want to watch this lakorn again

Oum Ruk is a comedy/romance. Anne is a new up and coming model. Ken is a photographer. Anne and Ken meet and they don't get along at all. Later after a party, Anne gets very drunk and goes back to her room. Ken is flirting one of the models and she slips him her room key. It turns out to be the wrong key and he enters Anne's room. And in the morning they both wake up screaming.
Anne finds out she is pregnant and at first she attempts to get rid of it. But unable to do so, she decides to have it. Ken wants to take responsibility and for the baby's sake the two get married. Anne and Ken starts to live together, well Ken ends up being kind of a slave to Anne. hehehe

The two make a deal that if the baby is a girl, Anne gets to keep the baby and Ken has to get out of their lives. If it's a boy then Ken gets to keep the baby and Anne will leave.
The series goes through a lot of funny moments of Anne having to go through morning sickness to having weird cravings like flowers.

You'll love this lakorn! I recommend it. And yes, it has english subs. I think all the episodes are at veoh.com. Let me know if you can't find it.

the other lakorn that i finished watching was the one with pepper and farng. i forgot the title but pepper's character's name was sei and farng's character was peng tong. and so on. i only understand it because it was dubbed in hmong.

the other ones are klien keaw klang jai and leh ratree. but my question is where can i buy thai lakorns with eng subtitles? you can say that i am now a big fan of lakorns. i used to think that they are dull and boring. but after watching leh ratree it changed.

but can someone give me a summary of hua jai sila and leh kularb? i watched some episodes of hua jai sila but only understand a little of it. for leh kularb (i think that's the name of it here's the opening theme song with english sub www.youtube.com/watch?v=SsszymPdiBM ) it looks really good and i can't understand anything

i'm sorry to be asking so many questions and asking others to give me summaries of lakorns.

I was going to watch Leh Pumaret, but i saw a little part of it, and didnt seem to like it much.. is pong getting with one of the sister when he's already w/ another of the two sister? i was a little confused wheni saw i little part of it. I saw a part when he said soemthing like "I wont hurt a person like her, b/c if i hurt anyone, you are the only women i'll hurt" or somethinglike that.. i was a little confused.. and wasnt he like married to that girl and then cheated with the sister or something like that? i gues ishould just watch the lakron from the beginning and not confused myself..

im still trying to find time to watch Oum Ruk.. I've only seen few parts of the lakorn.. Ken's very handsome.. well i only seen the biginning, a part in the middle and the ending.. but im thinking about really watching the lakorn now..

I dont think they have any of these lakorns on sale with subtitles. The best you can do is look for them dubbed in hmong.

ahaha, we both are on the same boat! I love watching Thai lakorn, and I myself is hmong as well, who does not understand thai at all except for the very basic words. I've catch on to few of the basic words. I used to be oka with watching lakorn with out being dubbed, but b/c i dont live with my mom anymore, i have no translater, and theres no hmong store with wide selections of dubbed lakorns for me to buy. So here i am, on this site asking questions as well.

The Lakorn with Pepper and Feng, i really didnt like that one much. I saw up to the middle (w/ the hmong dubbed) and then skiped all the way to the end of the lakorn. so i missed alot of stuff.

OH yeah, and with Leh ratree, i have that one in Hmong dubbed, and a copy in Thai, and I've also watched the one with english subtitles. and with Hua Jai Sila, they also got that one in hmong dubbed as well.. I havent seen it though the person who has it promised me that she'll let me see it. NOt much in a hurry to watch since i've already seen it in thai..

IF you havent seen "kang gor rang kang gor rai" its a really good one as well. Its with Oil and Kwan.. They also have that in Hmong dubbed, but the hmong dubbed cut out wayyy to much important scene! Thats one main reason why i hate watching Hmong dubb.

I think theres a few fansites that are doing english subs for lakorns. And many of them are uploaded to youtube or veoh. If you just look around you'll find what you want.

The one with Pepper and Farng, I only liked the start of that series, thought it was gonna be a really good series but as the series progressed, I kinda lost interest in it, I liked Pepper and Farng in it, I just couldn't stand Puri's character (farng's brother in the series), he really annoyed me, and the mother too. I think the title was "bung rak" or something like that.

On the other hand you should soooo watch "Hua Jai Sila", Basic storyline is: Bie's (P'Tor) mother is the second wife, and the first wife is pretty mean to them, kind of causing Bie's mother to die. So Bie comes under the care of his Dad and the first wife. Everyone is pretty mean to him, except his father and this little girl who is his neighbor (Farng-Minta). One day, the first wife, kind of causes him to fall in the stream so everyone thinks that he has died. Little did they know, he survives and now lives with his Aunt (Lukget Metinee),who changes his name from Tor to Sila. 20 years or so have pass, and Sila is now the owner (with his aunt) of an exclusive "club". One day, Farng, while taking her friend to the hospital, runs into Bie, who is also there taking a girl who has just had a miscarriage, she thinks that he looks familiar, thinking that he is P'Tor, the little boy she befriended when she was younger. While Sila remembers her, he denies that he is P'Tor, yet at the same time, he can't help but try to get close to her (these are my fave scenes, so cute). But he can't forget the past and develops a plan to get revenge on those that have done him wrong. Including, the first wife, his half-brother, and Farng's sister! The rest you'll just have to watch yourself. But let me tell you, after you watch this series, you'll fall in love with Bie and his charms especially when he does that half smile of his.

Leh Pumaret is another revenge type of lakorn, Pong's father, tells him that they got cheated, thats why they're poor and its all Pim, Pang, and Nussaba's father's fault. So he develops a plan to get revenge on them as well as takover there family business, a successful Hotel.

Nussaba is the older sister, a real business woman, quite uptight, and is quite cold (from the outside). She's the CEO of the hotel.

Pim is the middle sister, the more fiesty one, nice, sexy, smart. She's like the manager at the hotel.

Pang is the younger sister, whose more gentle, soft, very niave, her life is pretty sheltered by her sisters, She doesn't work at the hotel, stays home and bakes cakes.

Pong meets Pim first, by accident and he is mesmerised by her beauty. And when he gets to know her a little more, he already starts to like her, not knowing that she is one of the sisters, who he will be taking revenge on.

I can't quite remember how, but Pong gets a job at the hotel in a pretty high position, because of his charm, and the fact that he is quite smart, Bussaba is quite taken by him. Because Bussaba holds the highest amount of shares in the hotel, he does all he can to start a relatiionship with her, which doesn't take that long. While on a visit to her house, he meets Pang, and uses his charms on her too, and being the niave girl that she is, she falls for him too. But when he meets the middle sister, he is shocked to know that its Pim, the girl who he likes.

To follow on with his plan, he proposes to Bussaba, who accepts, while at the same time, he secretly meets Pang and lies to her saying that she's really the one he loves, so they get it on. But he still tries to get Pim too, because she is the real person that he loves, but she is smart to see through him and tries to find out what his real agenda is, even though she loves him too!

Sounds a bit confusing but this series was pretty good, I was quite addicted to it, I never really liked Pim Zaza as an actress before this series, but after this series, I was an instant fan. I loved her character. I just wish Exact would give her more fiesty, smart characters like this, instead of snobby "Khun Nu's" like in that series with Mos, I didn't really like that series.

thank you sutisa but my question about it is why did bie's half brother marry farng? isn't farng and his half brother siblings. And my first time watching this drama i already fell for bie's half smile it's just evil and cute at the same time

Thanks for the Calendar Pix GuGu, Have been looking for them everywhere!!

Just finished watching "likit Karmatape" its was fanstastics, and I'm not just saying that because i like Anne. But plot was good, it was fast paced and all the actors were good at there roles.

Only watching "Pi Keow Narng Hong" Starring Dan and Ae at the moment, its really interested, the plot is good ,i especially like the n'rai Ploy Chitchun, its her first time being n'rai and she's really good and evil (she practically kills everyone lol).

Might consider watching "jum lei ruk" if the still with the old plot, not too sure how Um will be in it, cos he doesn't really match the type of character p'ek should be.

i know that i am being random but can't help it at times. i wanted to ask you if you could make a copy of leh ratree for me? i luv that lakorn so much. i think it's because i like pepper but than started to like ann alicia.......they make such a good couple.......CAN YOU PLEASE!!!

EXact is the name of the production company that makes alot of pepper's lakorns.. If you watch all the credit it'll show Exact's logo on it.. I think all of pepper's lakorn except for his latest one w/ ann alicia is w/ exact.. EXact actually have alot of really good dramas!

I believe Taley Rissaya is a lakorn by Exact as well.. its the lakorn w/ pong (p' poo from leh ratree) and Bee (that one singer girl).. its actually a really good lakorn..i like alot of dramas by Exact..

I dont have a problem with it at all.. I only have them on tape (it came out before hmong people knows how to make dvds lol) so do you want the hmong dubbed (they did a awesome job on the dubbing and they hardly cut out any parts, the voices matches them perfectly) or do you want the thai one? I dont know how to transfer a tape to a dvd so if u dont mind tapes i can record them for you... let me know and you can email me at [email protected] and from there i can take your infomation and try to get it done as soon as possible. oka..

oh yeah, i dont think they are selling it anymore.. i dont see them at the new years or at the tourneys up in nc whenever i go up there..

ahahaa i agree w/ sutisa.. aww as soon as i saw that half smile, i was in love with bie! man.. he's sooo freaken handsome! that half smile is thebest about him!!!!

Farng didnt marry Bie's half brother.. they were engaged.. she was "force" into the engagement.. and they used it to get to bie.. no bie's half brother is not siblings w/ farng.. they were just neighbors.. man i hated bie's step mom, step brother and farn's step mom and her stupid half sister kwan soo much. i wanted to pull a knife and kill them! ahahaha and farng was getting on my nerves just bc she cares soo much about her dumb sister!

Its weird.. not sure whats wrong.. but whenever i pull onto this site.. i dont get all the post.. like i saw one that GUGU had quoted on, but icouldnt find the original in the thread at all, but then when i came back the next day I saw it in the thread with some new ones between few post that i've already seen from the previous day.. weird..
