That's Huang Xiaoming, he acted as Yang Guo in ROCH'06. He worked with Ady in Da Han Tian Zi 3 as well. HXM's outfit looks really flamboyant and weird, it matches with Ady's outfit though.

Ady is the latest Taiwanese actress to join Hua Yi Brothers Entertainment Company, arguably the largest and most popular entertainment company in China. Contracted artists include Zhou Xun, Huang Xiaoming, Li Bingbing, Chen Kun, Ruby Lin and Alec Su. Well-known directors Feng Xiao Gang and Zhang Jizhong are also under Hua Yi. Hua Yi recently held a celebration to welcome Ady who just signed on as an artist yesterday.

Good pal HXM rushed back from HK where he was currently working at just to attend the event. At the celebration, he presented Ady with a necklace he made personally and wore it for her. Among the gifts her new colleges presented her with, ZJZ's came as the biggest surprise for everyone including Ady herself. When it was his turn to present Ady with his gift onstage, ZJZ took out Jinyong's "Yi Tian Tu Long Ji" (HSDS) novels and gave it to Ady, who was obviously surprised as she let out a tiny gasp. ZJZ then instructed Ady to read the novels and added that he is inviting her to star in the new adaptation of HSDS which he is going to direct soon. When reporters later asked ZJZ whether Ady will be starring as the new Zhao Min, ZJZ said that he isnt sure but he will definitely offer her an important role. ZJZ also expressed that he has encountered difficulties for "Journey to the West", which he was planning to film and thus, might have to postpone filming and in the meantime, film HSDS. Other Hua Yi pals, Li Bingbing, Dylan Guo, Tian Liang, Luo Haiqiong, Nie Yuan and Bao Jianfeng were not able to make it to the event and made VCRs wishing Ady all the best.

I don't like LYF, but I would rather have her as ZM if it was a choice between LYF and Ady. Just because LYF is more popular, whereas Ady is not always the main lead. Also would love to see Ady in ZZR's role since it's more challenging. ZM's role would be perfect for LYF.

anyhow, i'm fine with ady being either zm or zzr. personally, i'd rather her play zm as she totally has the spunk to pull that role. i don't quite see her as the demure girl who's angst cannot be contained near the end of the novel. and for once, i'd like to see her have a truly happy ending.

but being zzr isn't so bad as the role is very challenging...just don't want ady to be compared to gyy.

congrats to ady...i second sugar's smart words. ady should have left her old management long ago. despite all the setbacks she's encountered because of the old company (esp poor role choices) ady still manage to capture the audience's attention...which is huge.

and please, don't let lyf be in hsds...it'll just be another ruined series for the majority of the audience who can appreciate good acting.

ZM isn't just supposed to be pretty, but she has a spunk and wittiness to her. Ady has showed a good range of roles so far for me, I think she has potental to pull it off. Also, I think Ady doesn't have the typical chinese look with almond eyes and fair skin. It makes sense of she takes ZM.

LYF only brings a one dimensional acting to her but anyways, she doesn't have any spunkiness to edge in her acting/roles. Even in real life, she is as shy and a big party pooper can be. I don't see how she can play ZM. I would think she match more as ZZR in this case

Sadly, that wasn't her voice. And another thing about LYF is that she never uses her voice, it is always dubbed over and this gives her an advantage. I've seen ady act in her real voice and i think she is full round good actress. On one of LYF interview, she tried to play out something when saying," I love you".. and honestly, it gave me the creeps instead of being "expressive" Just thinking if she uses her real voice to yell out, " Guo er" "guo er"..all the time...

I don't think there is a problem for me. When i first say GYY as ZZR, I thought she had some resemblance to Kathy Chow as ZZR in 1994

LYF isn't ugly and she looks nice in ancient costume. But so far, if i have to stare at a vase for 30-40 episodes, it gets redundant. Actualy, I would like to ask at how many series of ADy did u watch to say that she sucks because i think she is one of the few young actress in taiwan pop culture who can act. It was nice to see that ADy didn't take the idol drama approach like rainie yang, Dylan,show luo, barbie

In fact, I find that Ady works very well with all her male coworkers. HXM did compliment that she is fun to hang with, along with Nie Yuan and Dylan.
