Wong Jing earlier announced that his latest adaptation of JY's "Flying Fox of Snowy Mountain" will stick to the novel for the first 35 episodes but change for the last 5 episodes. Apparently, one of the major changes is that MRL (Ady) will get raped (is it me or is this a replica of the TVB2000 adaptation?) and a devastated MRL will marry Fu An Kang instead of Hu Fei. Sigh..first they wack up her appearance/image, next they wack up the character. Accidentally causing YZY, HF's most beloved woman to die and then getting raped..marrying playboy FAK...what next?? Ady should have just rejected this role man, there are probably tons of better roles she's missing out on just because of this role..poor girl.

Ady will pair up with Hu Bing in a new series which will start filming in June. I think she's the lead actress (finally!) in this new series. If she accepts this role, i dont see how she can manage the other series with stars Tammy Chen and Raymond Lam, so she's probably just guest-starring or playing a supporting character in there at most.

I dont think so, none of the lips looks like her's but then again, i am still unable to figure out half of them, with the exception of some pretty obvious ones like Chen Sha Sha, Sun Fei Fei, LYF, YM, Carmen etc. I'm eager to see who lips 3 (currently leading) belong to, since i find those pair of lips the most attractive and voted for them. It looks somewhat like GYY's lips to me but i could be wrong.

LOL, i'm sorry, Ady's not on the poll i dont think. I find Ady's eyes the most attractive but her lips... well, i'm probably not the best judge, but Ady's lips don't attract me as much as her eyes.

As for Ady's role in Flying Fox... still a little depressed. i'm worried that Ady will be seen to be butchering the role, even though it's not fault. Like jacqueline as XLN. I didn't think her acting was bad, but everything thinks she screwed the role badly, when it was mainly the directors fault

Seems like Ady or her manager has rejected the leading role offered to her in a new series opposite Hu Bing. The leading female character has been switched to another actress instead..sigh, if it's because she has to film MRL in flying fox (which i having a feeling it is cause the dateline for completion of fliming is supposed to be october this yr) or do tt supporting role in tt Tammy/raymond series instead then..

i dont know what she or the people managing her are thinking or doing..how can they pick supporting, crappy roles for Ady over leading ones? ..and we all thought that she would be the next alyssa chia (successful in mainland and taiwan..) but look at the rate she's going. she doesnt seem to be doing any good or breakthrough roles ever since Chinese Paladin. On the contrary, the roles picked for her seem to be going downhill..and she's not getting any younger, nor is the competition with tons of beautiful and talented chinese actresses lessening..

Yes, thats exactly what Ady thought. I think she was a little displeased with having to act as a rape victim again in Flying Fox..guess she didnt know what she in for when she accepted the role of MRL (poor girl) because she recently said smth like it's somewhat depressing to play a rape victim again because she had played tt before in The Outsiders 1 & 2. BTW, i think MRL was raped by FKA and so had to marry him. The horrible hairstyle she had was after she married FKA. I'm not sure whether her character dies as well because according to her fans which visited her on the flying fox set recently, she was filming a scene where her body was in a coffin and it was smth like she was mistaken to be dead and was locked in a coffin. Ady had to cry her eyes out for tt scene.

Ady was injured recently while filming for flying fox. While waiting for her turn to go on camera, the wind blew strongly and a tall and huge lamp stand fell onto her body, injuring her shoulders and right arm. She insisted on finishing a final scene with Athena's YZY before being brought to the hospital. But the hospital lacked facilities to do a thorough check up and the doctor could only provide her some painkillers and asked her to get plenty of rest for 2 days.

This is the second time Ady's injured on the flying fox set. The first time was in Feburary when one of the actors who was perfoming a stunt accidentally bang into a lamp stand, causing it to fall onto Ady's shoulders. Ady has said that because of the incidents, she has been getting headaches and nausea. She's worried that her nerve is hurt and there are blood clots because she has been losing her appetite. Because of the very tight and rushed filming schedule in order to finish before october, work has been very hectic and Ady has recently lost alot of weight, she now stands at 165cm and weighs a mere 40kg.

it seems a pity that she has to settle with secondary roles, but i'd personally rather see her in a good supporting role rather than a mediocre leading role. her part in chinese paladin wasnt billed as lead actress, but she was nontheless able to attract a decent number of fans from her performance in that drama. she was lead actress in 'chinese hero' but that show amounted to nothing.
besides, hu bing is far from hot property in china right now, hasnt been for a long time. plus he's generally aknowledged to be a total crap actor, so i'm kind of happy that she turned down the role.
again, i'd much perfer to see her doing solid supporting performances in large scale dramas with capable costars rather than lame leading roles in crap idol romance dramas.
