The songs are all right, but Ady's singing is... lol I so agree about the laaa laaa laaa part. She's kind of like LYF when it comes to the high notes - she should at least stick to her comfortable range.

More importantly, she should stick to acting.

And I hope she doesn't go and make a dozen MV like LYF and dress like her too.


Umm after hearing those clips I don't think Ady would do much better...

Haha I remember listening to LYF sing "Eyes on Me" a few months ago...that was funny. But not as funny as the strawberry blueberry raspberry candy shop lollipop song. That song has the best lyrics.

yeah, i don't think Ady would do any better but I am curious how much worse she sounds in live. Ppl these days cheat so much with voice enhancement

That was interesting...I agree I don't think Ady could do much better, but what I don't get is why LYF would go on JSG...isn't that kind of telling the world her singing is not as great as it sounds when she lip sync? And why didn't she sing the whole song?

The only song I really listen to by LYF is the strawberry blueberry song. It cracks me up every time.

I don't think either LYF or Ady have a horrible voice (they're not like tone deaf or anything) but they just sound like the average person singing with the radio...nothing special.

Conclusion - Ady should stick to acting. LYF should stick to improving her acting.

reason 1) she knows she suck and she doesn't want to disclose any further that she suck
2) They all knew she would run out of breathe if she sang the whole song
3) her management is keeping her criticism to a minimal

They aren't tone death, but they really have nothing special about their singing voices. Wasn't it said that LYF was trained in singing and dancing since young? All that "Training" and an additional year training in japan... that is all?


ADy, she got a month or so preparation, and from what I heard before when she did a rendition of BU GONG PING for the Outsiders OST, I kept my expectations low....... Amen to that

The slower song was ok until she hit the high notes at the end. And the laaa laa la was horrible in the faster paced song. She sound as if she's shrieking after someone pulled her hair.

I believe she can cos I have no complaint of her potrayal of Xiao Long Nu in ROCH06. She may not be perfect but I rather watch her than other actresses there or even HXM himself when he acted as the young Yang Guo.

She might if she stops putting her finger in every pie. I saw quite abit of improvement in ROCH06 and if she had stuck to acting and stop wasting time singing and dancing, she might have clocked up quite abit of experience by now. She has to come out of her comfort zone and start portraying different roles or critics are forever going to label her a flower vase.

Was this the one u showed me that time Sugar?? Her stylist should really be sacked for giving her those awful cupcake bubble mini skirts to wear. She has been wearing outfits like these for almost all of her singing performances/conferences etc. It makes her look like some lolita wannabe gone wrong. BTW, her fans in the audience look like dead fishes.

She hired a mainland assistant during her filming of "Supermates" which took part in mainland china but the latter turned out to be horrendous prompting Ady to bid her farewell after only a month.

Hey peeps, I've found the complete song for her single "Ru Guo Na Tian Mei You Yu Jian Ni". Hmm, I think the song has a pretty nice tune but her singing sounds soso, the opening actually sounds pretty nice..btw, I think they did some touching up here and there so it sounds slightly better thn the short clip.
