If you want to view the HTML on any website it is very simple. When using 'Explorer' go to the menu bar at the top.

    1. Select the 'View' option.

    2. Select the 'Source' option.

    3. A little box will pop up and display the 'Html' code for any websites you're on.

    The same basic principles apply.

I don't have Netscape but it should somewhere under the "Tools" or "View" option that you can access the "Source" or "Encoding" of a website.

Maybe someone using Netscape will pop pass soon to assist you.
