ohmy.... looking at those pics and something in my head clicked... was she in this singapore tv series in the 90's with chew chor meng and ann kok? chew chor meng's character was Mo Le. mo le had 2 love interests, one was ann kok and another is another girl, maybe kathy chow. wow.. i've always wondered who that pretty actress was.

Kathy's shadow was all over Gao Yuan Yuan when she was playing the role of ZZR in the 2002 HSDS.

Yuan Yuan did remind me a lot about Kathy Chow. I think they were the only two with red dots on their forehead. (Kathy Chow looks prettier than the girl who plays the Mongolian Princess).

Kathy Chow was probably had the best protrayal of CCY out of the others (maybe except for the one with Tony Leung or 86 version). She looked the part. Her protrayal outshined the leads especially ZM. I can't remember who played ZM, but she was horrible.

I believe it was Cecilia Yip Tung who acted as ZM... I still think Sheren was the best ZZR, but Kathy did a good job and she's one of my favorite actresses... Hope I get to see her in a series soon.. I recently rewatched The Breaking Point with Leon and Deric Wan, but her character was kind of boring in there~ xp

This series is so old I'm not sure any store would have it anymore. It's 13 years old! The only CCN that I like is GYY but that's because I've only seen two adaptations of HSDS. 2000 and 2003. I loved 03. I'd rather pity someone than hate them. Charmaine's CCN was so whinny and love sick.
