Yeah I saw the sweeeett shootout goal Getzlaf scored He's a good young talent - he's not talentless. That would be you. stupid superstalentlessmonkey.. It'd be great if the Canucks managed to bring Ryan here. The day that happens (well it must also be a reasonable good deal) it'd bow to Nonis and declare him God. After that I'm gonna bounce and get a Getzlaf Canucks jersey right away and get it signed by him. Hopefully - if he ever becomes a Canuck - he's gonna be one of our franchise's impact and best players ever (hopefully get the "C" too and is a good leader) and bring the Stanley Cup to Vancouver as well. Ooh I'm totally lost in fantasy land now - but hey one can dream..right?

Nucks lose to Coils-killers 2-1 today. Booooo that 5 on 3 sealed our fate. Im still pissed about the loss. Poor powerplay and secondary scoring .. although there has been signs and progress of improvement - still not efficient enough to share the scoring burden and to take off that title of ''one line team''. We'll improve and hopefully we'll get secondary scoring from our other lines later as the season progresses and when half the season has gone by - we've found secondary scoring from most of our lines. It'd be great if Nonis can manage to get Getzlaf .. he can really contribute to some secondary scoring. He's a young gun looking to blossom soon and he's a great big offensive talent with speed and hands - not to mention a sweet and hard shot.

wow oilers won another game eh? looks like hemsky/sykora is doing really well. those czechs have good chem, almost sedins like lol. trizz, u probably dont folo the nucks too much, but jovo havent been an all-star dman for a few yrs now. hes still considered a top dman cuz of his name, but his play had deteriorated the last couple yrs. probably due to all those injuries, but def not worth the $6.5M contract wayner gave him. im actually interested to see if the yotes keep struggling would gretzky fire himself. hey how good is smid doing? is he your top 4 dman now?

the nucks finally ran out of come-from-behind miracles. the first star goal was lame, i dunno y luongo didnt just glove it, instead try to swat it w/ his stick. and stupid kesler, i cant believe he missed the freaking open net! if u cant score when the pucks on the goal line, u aint gonna score at all (even stupid getzlaf would probably score from there ). great play by zubov tho, show great strength. but still i thot we worked hard overall, and shoulda won w/ all the chances we had. if we get some bounces i think we'll be a good team. pyatt played well w/ the twins again, he cycle really well w/ them, seems like he played w/ them all his life.

smid is awesome, he is our top 4 now, he's skating and handling the puck with ease, he's not controlling the game like pronger does but then he makes those good break out passes and he's strong in our own end. Thorese, hemsky and sykora combined for 10 points tonight, i think thoresen is the unsung hero, no one knows anything about him, he kinda took everyone by surprise when he came into training camp. I'm surprised MacT didn't put mikhnov out, he only got like 1 shift through the whole game. Oh yeah he was in cause moreau was out, pulled muscle i think. I think for the next few games, mikhnov is gonna see more ice time and if he does well, i think we're gonna say buh bye to winchester, he's doing absolutely nothing. Just to say one more thing stoll and horcoff scored their first goals, i think they both got the monkey off their back, no not you, haha. Now i just hope we kill anahiem and show pronger we dont' need him

wow sounds like smid is coming along nicely. ducks fans really hated losing him, i guess theres a reason afterall. what do u think his potential is? does he have wat it take to be a #1? is he like an offensive, defensive, or 2 way dman? u guys r gonna be a good team for a long time, w/ 2 1st rounder this yr (supposed to be a deep draft too), u can pick up a dman and a G, and the oilers will be a good team for yrs to come.
thorese i heard play good for a rookie, as for unsung hero, mabbe u dont want him to be dat, cuz your last unsung hero (pasani) signed a big contract and disappeared. i dunno wat happened to him, i wasnt expecting him to score 30goals, but he (in the games against the nucks anyways) doesnt seem to hit as much, or work as hard. u guys r gonna regret overpaying for him.

smid will be a #1 dman one day, if not on our team on another team, he's not that much of an offensive guy, he's more defensive, but when he gets the chance to break out he's not too bad for a dman. thoresen, well, he's doing really good, MacT bumped him up onto the second line with sykora and hemsky, or sykora and torres, any of those three combination blossomed for us. Lupul and smyth are doing quite well on the first line, horcoff is not registering points as much as b4, but he's making it up for playing solid defence. Stoll still got that hell of a shot from the point, and tjarnqvist is really underrated. pisani and moreau are like mirror players they are actually quite intense. for the last line, reasoner reliable on the pk but then winchester i think we need to get rid of him to let mikhnov have a chance, i think mikhnov could fit on the first line for horcoff during horc's off days

YESS!! COILS LOSING 6-2 !! GO DUCKS QUACK QUACK!! GETZLAF WITH 2 GOALS! This really couldn't be a better night. First of all, Canucks win. Even better a shutout. Then comes this candy that the Coils are losing to Pronger and his DUCKS. The best part about this Edm-Ana game is that GETZLAF SCORED TWO GOALS. And of course Ducks winning. It's also quite sweet that Ducks finally pull a win at Rexall since '97 or '99. Actually Ducks did last playoffs - but then right now it's an actual regular season win which is all good.

i didnt realize dat we dont have a shutout for so long. but im not surprise, w/ swisschesse-clout and baldy auldy, and our run and gun style under crow, its hard to expect shutouts. roberto played well today when we need him. he just shuts the door and we coast to a win. we hadnt had dat kinda goaltending since...since i start watching the nucks. i didnt see capt kirk in his prime so i guess "bobby LU" is the first legit star goalie i've seen in a nuck uniform. haha i like larshire's comment on hanrik's first goal, he said "even his goal looks like a pass", its so true! good to see cookie and hank potting their first of the yr tho, hopefully stonehand kesler will be next lol.

how could the coilers let pronger get 3 assists and @$$zlaf get 2 goals?? im disappointed in edm, even tho i cant blame their effort, but u gotta stop their PP. and they also didnt injure @$$zlaf like i asked.

we did stop their pp, it just didn't make sense to me, we out shot them, out worked them, we capitalized on our pp, we didnt let them score on their pp, we hardly let them out of their zone, but when they get the odd chance they bury it. Getzlaf just got lucky, thats how i saw it, maybe it's our defensive zone coverage but why were we perfect on our pk... why why?

haha how things have changed. Henrik with the 2 goals, Daniel with the 3 assists. I swear to god the Sedins must have put on the wrong jerseys or maybe Vigneault wanted Hank to finally put up a number in the goal column so had Daniel do the job for him. OR maybe Vigneault wanted the boys to switch the jerseys around so the opposition would be fooled for Henrik as Daniel and focus less more on the real scoring threat Daniel who has been disguised as Henrik. Although the last one makes no sense at all. ARGH I could go on and on..

but nevertheless, it's real good to see Henrik finally get goals too aside from the assists. btw Taylor Pyatt wears eyeliners which is kinda freaky if you ask me. Gosh take 'em off! I think he's actually pretty decent looking but his eyes freak me out somehow and I just realized he puts on eyeliners. Im sure he'll be much more better looking without those. So please- for the love of God Taylor, stop wearing them!

er, semin isnt a rookie anymore, he played in 03/04. and honestly i dont see any rookie keeping up w/ malkin. kopitar had a great start, but the kings r so bad it mite hold him back. i think malkin have a shot at 100pts, but not kopitar tho. not sayin kopitar isnt good, but malkin is on another lvl. and semin is def not as good as AO, however they are similar, and semin is highly skilled. watch him tmw and u'll see.

ru sure pyatt wear eyeliners? i always thot he just had 'jovo eyes'. ppl always thot jovo wear eye shadows, but he doesnt. i really doubt a 6'4 powerforward in the nhl wear eyeliners.

oh man wat happened to the oilers? they got killed by the yotes?? i didnt see the game but trizz any summary? or is it too painful to describe it? 6-2 loss in back to back nite, dats gotta hurt. mabbe your lack of d depth is finally catching up?
