Some questions regrading Zhang Wuji & Shen Gung

I hope some one knowledgeable about the topic can help out.


1. what is the jiu yang shen gung and who wrote the manual? is it a qi gung manual or kung fu technique manual or a combination of both. if it is a qi gung manual, then where did Zhang Wuji acquire his gung fu skills to fight at Guang Ming mountain? how long did Zhang Wuji spent on learning the jiu yang shen gung?

2. what is the difference between qi gung (internal strength) and shen gung? for example is bei ming sheng gung a type of qi gung? if i am not wrong, shen gung is translated as spiritual gung fu?
what about yi jen jing--the shaolin manual on qi gung?

3. how do they work---yi yang zhi, liu mai shen jian, bei ming shen gung? does it have anything to do with opening up the meridan points in the body? how is it different from yi yang zhi---since both also unleashes internal strength through fingers?

4. who are the founders of yi yang zhi, liu mai shen jian, and bei ming shen gung? is wu ya zhi rated as the top five martial artists in the JY universe?

5. what is the name of the type of gung fu used by the sweeper monk? presumably it is shaolin. but which branch of shaolin gung fu? is it qi gung or shen gung?

6. what kind of gung fu did tian san tung lau practice that transform her into a child---again various adaptations into series shows the transformation differently. one taiwanese series shows that the transformation was physical--meaning that she actually became a child.
