problems with main site

i've submitted my review in spcnet.tv but after i got the message saying it's successful i saw in My Reviews that i got 0 review!!! i tried once again but still got similar problem. then i tried to send email to spcnet.tv asking whether it's technical problem but i got error message saying that i haven't entered my email, although i did!!! i'm frustrated!! how to get my review through?? pls help thx.

unfortunately i don't quite remember from which page i sent the email...i only remember that after i submitted the question, i received error message saying i haven't specified my email (although i have). i've just sent my review to the email addy above, hopefully you can help me submit it. thanks!

Just fixed! Sorry for taking so long but I finally got home at a decent hour tonight from work and classes.

Apparently the issue was that a magic_quotes_gpc setting in the php.ini file had to be set to automatically escape quotes when inserting to the database. Otherwise, our backend code does not attempt to escape before inserting. This was set in our old installation of PHP but when PHP got installed on the new drive, this property was not set.

cmu_wasabi: I tested your account by submitting a review but you may need to change the rating and section since I just guessed.

mu99le: Please give it a try. Give me a shout if you still get problems.

Everyone else, please try submitting reviews and stories again and also post here if any more problems. The weekend is coming up so I'll have time to look sooner than later!
